dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandführungseinrichtung (22) ein Paar C-förmige Rahmenteile (24) mit jeweils einem unterseitigen Schenkelabschnitt (26) unter der Standfläche (14) des Tisches (12), einem oberseitigen Schenkelabschnitt (28) und einem den unterseitigen und den oberseitigen Schenkelabschnitt (26 und 28) verbindenden Außenabschnitt (30) über der Standfläche (14) des Tisches (12) aufweist, wobei die beiden C-förmigen Rahmenteile (24) jeweils um eine zugehörige, am Innenende (34, 36) des unterseitigen und des oberseitigen Schenkelabschnittes (26, 28) vorgesehene, zur Standfläche (14) des Tisches (12) senkrechte, in der Längsmittelebene (38) befindliche Schwenkachse (32) zwischen der Zugangs- und der Abtransportstellung und der Längsumreifungsstellung verschwenkbar sind, wobei die Innenenden (34) der unterseitigen Schenkelabschnitte (26) der beiden C-förmigen Rahmenteile (24) im Tisch (12) an eine an die Standfläche (14) angrenzende Schweißeinrichtung (40) schwenkbeweglich anschließen und die Innenenden (36) der oberseitigen Schenkelabschnitte (28) der beiden C-förmigen Rahmenteile (24) an ein in der Längsmittelebene (38) ortsfest vorgesehenes Längsrahmenteil (44) schwenkbeweglich anschließen, das eine Längenabmessung besitzt, die an die Längenabmessung der Schweißeinrichtung (40) angepaßt ist, so daß die beiden Schwenkachsen (32) zueinander parallel verlaufen.
