Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Lageregelung eines berührungslos gelagerten schnelldrehenden Rotors, insbesondere eines Spinnrotors, die eine Sensoreinrichtung zur fortlaufenden Erzeugung von Rotorlagesignalen und eine die Rotorlagesignale verarbeitende Steuereinrichtung (6) besitzt, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (6) fortlaufend eine Stellgröße an eine die Rotorlage beeinflussende Aktoreinrichtung ausgibt. Die Steuereinrichtung (6) ist so eingerichtet, daß die Steigung des Kurvenverlaufes eines weiteren Signals, aus dem die Stellgröße hergeleitet wird, auf einen maximalen Betrag begrenzt ist und bei Auftreten von höheren Schwingungsfrequenzen der Rotorlagesignale eine Absenkung der Schwingungsamplituden des weiteren Signals für die Aktoreinrichtung bei gleichzeitig kleinem Phasenfehler bewirkbar ist. Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung läßt sich auf einfache Weise ein geringer Energieverbrauch, eine erweiterte Aussteuerbarkeit und eine höhere Betriebssicherheit erreichen.The invention relates to a device for position control a contactless fast rotating rotor, in particular a spinning rotor, which is a sensor device for the continuous generation of rotor position signals and a the rotor position signal processing control device (6) has, wherein the control device (6) continuously a Manipulated variable to a rotor position influencing Actuator outputs.
