Description

Eine ähnliche Vorrichtung ist in der US-Patentschrift 5 556 253 beschrieben. Diese Vorrichtungen besitzen den Nachteil, daß der Greifer neben dem Rotieren konstruktiv in der Lage sein muß, das Bohrgestänge axial zu verschieben. Diese Vorrichtung weist nebeneinander angeordnete Gestängefächer auf, die zu einer Verringerung der Geräuschentwicklung beim Nachrutschen der Gestänge beitragen. Bei der Entnahme eines Gestängeschusses rutschen die übereinanderliegenden Gestängeschüsse aufgrund der Schwerkraft nach. Da jedes Gestängefach eine eigene Übergabeposition besitzt, müssen die in der Übergabeposition befindlichen Gestänge in die Schwenkachse des Greifers bewegt werden, um für das Einschwenken in die Bohrachse zur Verfügung zu stehen. Zu diesem Zweck besitzt die beschriebene Vorrichtung einen Schlitten mit mehreren Rohrtaschen, mit dem die Gestängeschüsse nacheinander in die Schwenkachse des Greifers verfahren werden können. Die beschriebene Vorrichtung vermeidet daher den konstruktiven Aufwand eines axial verfahrbaren Greifers, ersetzt diesen jedoch durch einen axial verfahrbaren Schlitten, wodurch die Parallelverschiebung nur vorverlagert wird.In the device described in US Pat.
