Claims (8)
- Tiefziehpresse mit Tischziehkissen und einer Werkzeuganordnung mit zumindest einem an einem Pressenstößel (1) befestigten Oberwerkzeug (2), zumindest einem durch Kissenbolzen (7) getragenen Blechhalter (4) und zumindest einem Unterwerkzeug (5) in Verbindung mit einem Pressentisch (6), wobei mit einer ungeteilten Kissenplatte (8) eine Mehrzahl von äußeren Kissenzylindem (9) zumindest in Eckbereichen der Kissenplatte (8) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Verbindung mit Wegmeßgebem (13,14) sowie Druckmeßgebem (15) eine Steuereinrichtung (16) zur individuellen Druckbeaufschlagung der Kissenzylinder (9) vorgesehen ist
- Tiefziehpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein innerer Kissenzylinder (10) unterhalb der Kissenplatte (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Tiefziehpresse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (16) in Abhängigkeit von Weg- und/oder Drucksignalen der Werkzeuganordnung eine Druckbeaufschlagung des inneren und der äußeren Kissenzylinder (9,10) bewirkt.
- Tiefziehpresse nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stößelweg (sst) mittels Wegmeßgebern (13) und ein Kissenplattenweg (ski) mittels Wegmeßgebern (14) und ein Kissenzylinderuck (p) mittels Druckmeßgebern (15) erfaßt und Meßwerte des Kissenplattenweges (ski) und des Stößelweges (sst) sowie Drucksignale (p) nach einem Soll-Istwert-Vergleich zur Ansteuerung eines Hubreglers, sowie eines x-Kippreglers, eines y-Kippreglers sowie einer Synchronisierung dienen, deren Ausgangssignale Ventile der Kissenzylinder (9,10) ansteuern.
- Tiefziehpresse nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuganordnung ein Transferwerkzeug (17) mit zumindest einem Tiefziehwerkzeug (2,5) im Randbereich ist.
- Verfahren zum Tiefziehen von Blechwerkstücken in einer Tiefziehpresse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei geringer Umformkraft nur äußere, in den Eckbereichen der ungeteilten Kissenplatte (8) wirksame Kissenzylinder (9) druckbeaufschlagt werden und weitere, im Bereich unterhalb der Kissenplatte (8) vorgesehene innere Kissenzylinder (10) druckfrei bleiben.
- Verfahren zum Tiefziehen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit von einer Umformkraft die äußeren und inneren Kissenzylinder (9,10) in Kombination miteinander mit Druck beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kraftund Lageregelung zur Parallel- oder Unparallel-Steuerung von Kissenplatte zu Tisch oder Stößel erfolgt.
