Claims (8)

  1. Machine de mise sous enveloppe destinée à introduire un groupe (I) de feuilles ou de notices à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe rotative (10), avec ledit groupe de feuilles (1) placé par des moyens d'alimentation sur une surface glissante située au-dessous desdits moyens d'alimentation, en relation de temps avec le passage de crochets-poussoir (3), qui dépassent de la surface de glissement (2) et sont raccordées à une voie de transport (30), qui transporte le groupe de feuilles vers un poste de mise sous enveloppe (A) de la machine (M), ladite machine (M) comportant:
    un chargeur d'enveloppe (4), qui est situé à l'entrée dudit poste de mise sous enveloppe (A) et qui amène les enveloppes (10) une par une à l'intérieur d'un poste de remplissage (P) dudit poste de mise sous enveloppe (A), avec lesdites enveloppes (10) orientées avec une face arrière (10a) tournée vers le haut et avec l'ouverture et la patte de fermeture (11) respective tournées vers le bas ;
    des moyens d'arrêt (6), qui maintiennent chaque enveloppe (10) arrêtée dans ledit poste de remplissage (P), pendant l'introduction dudit groupe de feuilles (1) à l'intérieur de ladite enveloppe (10) ;
    des moyens d'ouverture (7), fonctionnant en relation d'étape avec l'arrêt de chaque enveloppe (10) dans ledit emplacement (P) et agissant sur la patte de fermeture (11) relative pour maintenir la patte dans une position prédéterminée, au-dessus de ladite surface de glissement (2), et soulevant ladite face arrière (10a) de l'enveloppe (10) par rapport à la face avant (10b), pour augmenter la section d'ouverture d'enveloppe ;
    des moyens d'introduction agissant sur la partie arrière (1b) dudit groupe de feuilles (1), pour introduire le groupe de feuilles à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (10) respective jusqu'à un point prédéterminé, dans lequel ladite partie arrière (1b) se situe au-delà de la charnière (11b) de ladite enveloppe (10) avec lesdits moyens d'introduction également destinés à transférer ladite enveloppe (10) avec le groupe de feuilles (1) introduites dans celle-ci en direction des postes de travail suivants,
    et caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une surface de guidage supérieure (5) située dans ledit poste de remplissage (P) au-dessus de ladite surface de glissement (2) de manière à délimiter un intervalle de glissement (T) pour les enveloppes (10), ladite surface de guidage supérieure (5) étant destinée à intercepter la partie arrière (100) de chaque enveloppe et à guider cette dernière vers ledit intervalle de glissement (T), et définissant une butée pour la patte (11) et recevant en butée la face arrière (10a) des enveloppes (10) lorsque lesdits moyens d'ouverture sont actionnés.
  2. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'introduction comportent des crochets-poussoir (3), disposées pas à pas le long de la voie de transport (30).
  3. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de guidage supérieure (5) est fixée au-dessus de la surface de glissement (2) et comporte deux parties: à savoir une première partie (5a) qui est située dans la zone du chargeur d'enveloppe (4) et inclinée par rapport à la surface de glissement (2), destiné à intercepter la partie arrière (100) de chaque enveloppe et à guider cette dernière vers l'intervalle de glissement (T), ladite première partie (5a) définissant la butée pour la patte (11) lorsque les moyens d'ouverture (7) sont actionnés ; une seconde partie (5b) qui est parallèle à la surface de glissement (2) et présente des fentes longitudinales (50), en partie mises en prise avec lesdits moyens de butée (6), avec ladite seconde partie (5b) coopérant avec la surface de glissement pour délimiter ledit intervalle (T) et destiné à recevoir en butée la face arrière (10a) lorsque les moyens d'ouverture (7) sont actionnés.
  4. Machine, selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de butée (6) comportent : un guide longitudinal fixé à la partie supérieure de la surface de guidage supérieure (5) ; un corps de fixation et de réglage longitudinal (61), fixé de manière amovible au guide longitudinal (60) et placé dans le sens longitudinal par rapport au format de l'enveloppe (10) ; une traverse (62) portant des brosses (63), qui sont situées de manière symétrique par rapport à celle-ci et dans les fentes longitudinales (50), pour intercepter la partie arrière (100) de l'enveloppe, de manière à arrêter l'enveloppe et la maintenir dans l'emplacement de remplissage (P).
  5. Machine, selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de butée (6) comportent : un guide longitudinal fixé à la partie supérieure de la surface de guidage supérieure (5) ; un corps de fixation et de réglage longitudinal (61) fixé de manière amovible au guide longitudinal (60) et placé dans le sens longitudinal par rapport au format de l'enveloppe (10) ; une traverse (62) portant, articulée à ses extrémités, une pluralité de bras (64) équipés de contrepoids relatifs (65) reposant contre des butées amovibles (66), avec lesdits bras (64) destinés à se mettre en prise avec lesdites fentes longitudinales (50) pour intercepter la partie arrière (100) de l'enveloppe, de manière à arrêter l'enveloppe et à la maintenir dans l'emplacement de remplissage (P).
  6. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'ouverture (7) comportent des éléments tubulaires (80), situés sous la surface de glissement (2) à proximité des orifices (300) pratiqués dans celle-ci, et présentant des trous (80a) possédant un axe vertical et pratiqués transversalement à la patte de fermeture (11) de l'enveloppe et alimentés d'un jet d'air (H), qui heurte la patte (11) pour la maintenir soulevée au-dessus de la surface de glissement (2), lesdits éléments tubulaires présentant également des trous (80b) possédant un axe incliné, pratiqués transversalement par rapport au positionnement de l'enveloppe (10) s'ouvrant et alimentés d'un jet d'air (K) qui heurte la face arrière (10a) pour la faire adhérer à la surface de guidage supérieure (5).
  7. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, située au-dessus de la surface de glissement (2), un transporteur (28) formé par un contrepoids (280) porté par un bras (281), qui est fixé à la structure de la machine, et qui coopère avec une bande (29) se déplaçant vers le bas pour envoyer le groupe (C), obtenu par l'introduction du groupe de feuilles (1) à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (10), vers les postes de remplissage suivants.
  8. Machine, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la position longitudinale et la distance de ladite surface de guidage supérieure (5) au-dessus de ladite surface de glissement (2) peuvent être modifiées par rapport au format desdites enveloppes (10) et à la hauteur dudit groupe (1) de feuilles.
