Claims (6)
- Ventilateur électrique (1) comprenantune turbine (6, 8) à aubes etun moteur d'entraînement électrique associé comportant une partie de rotor (11, 12) comprenant une pluralité d'aimants permanents (12) fixés à une bague périphérique (9) de la turbine (6), et une partie de stator (28, 31) faisant face à une portion de ladite bague (11) d'aimants (12) du rotor et qui comporte un enroulement (31) etune structure de support (2 ; 20) dans laquelle la turbine (6) est montée de manière à pouvoir effectuer une rotation et à laquelle ladite partie de stator du moteur est fixée ;
ladite structure de support comprenant une plaque de fixation (20) de forme généralement allongée, à laquelle est fixée ladite partie de stator (28, 31) du moteur électrique, la plaque de fixation (20) ayant une première extrémité (20a) prévue avec un moyen de support de rotation (21) pour la turbine (6) ;le ventilateur électrique étant caractérisé en ce que la plaque de fixation de support (20) possède une seconde extrémité (20b) dans laquelle est formée un réceptacle (23) capable de recevoir un moyen formant circuit de commande couplé à la partie de stator (28-31) dudit moteur électrique ;la plaque de fixation de support (20) étant en un matériau métallique, en particulier en aluminium, et en relation d'échange thermique avec au moins certains composants dudit moyen formant circuit ;ladite plaque de fixation (20) ayant une portion intermédiaire avec une pluralité de fentes (32) adaptées pour permettre le passage de l'air soufflé en fonctionnement par la turbine (20) dans le passage (3) du corps de support (2). - Ventilateur électrique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les extrémités (20a, 20b) de ladite plaque de fixation de support (20) sont prévues avec des moyens (22, 24) permettant un ancrage à une structure de support (2) pour l'utilisation.
- Ventilateur électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la cabine (6) est en un matériau plastique moulé et les aimants (12) de la partie de rotor (11) sont fixées, par exemple, au moyen d'un adhésif, à une bague de support métallique (10), ladite bague (10) et les aimants (12) étant encastrés dans le matériau plastique de la turbine (6).
- Ventilateur électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite première extrémité (20a) de la plaque de fixation (20) possède un axe (21) fixé dans celle-ci et pouvant fonctionner de façon à faire office d'arbre fixe, dans lequel la turbine (6) possède un moyeu (7) prévu avec un moyen de support de rotation (16, 17) monté de manière à pouvoir effectuer une rotation sur ledit axe ou arbre fixe (21).
- Ventilateur électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la portion intermédiaire de la plaque de fixation de support (20) possède une pluralité d'éléments déflecteurs espacés de manière angulaire ou d'éléments redresseurs d'écoulement (40) formés dans celle-ci.
- Ventilateur électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'enroulement (31) de la partie de stator (28, 31) est formé avec des piles (50) de strates (51) de matériau électriquement conducteur tel que du cuivre ou ses alliages, portés par une plaque de support (52) qui porte également des conducteurs de connexion (53) pour les interconnecter.
