Abstract

Eine erfindungsgemässe ausfahrbare Abdeckung (1) für einen Vorplatz kann auf einem permanent auskragenden Stützgestell (3) aus einer offenen Stellung, bei welcher die Abdeckung (1) vollständig zurückgezogen ist, nach Bedarf kontinuierlich in eine geschlossene Stellung gefahren werden, bei welcher die Abdeckung (1) vollständig ausgefahren ist. Die Abdeckung (1) kann auch nur teilweise ausgefahren werden, wobei sie in jeder Stellung arretierbar ist. Die Abdeckung (1) umfasst vorzugsweise transparente Lamellen, welche mit Hilfe eines scherengelenkartigen Mechanismus (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4) geführt werden. Zwei der scherengelenkartigen Mechanismen (5.1 und 5.4) sind mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (4.1, 4.2) in den Seitenträgern (10.1 und 10.2) verbunden.
