Claims (4)
- Gebläserotor eines Turbotriebwerks, der eine Vielzahl von abnehmbaren Gebläseschaufeln (18) aufweist, die an einem Radkranz (12) einer Rotorscheibe (10) befestigt sind, wobei diese Gebläseschaufeln (18) jeweils einen Schaufelfuß (16) aufweisen, der in einer in dem Radkranz (12) der Rotorscheibe (10) im Wesentlichen axial ausgeführten Nut (14) von entsprechender Form eingebaut ist, wobei die Rotorscheibe (10) an ihrer Vorderseite eine Vielzahl von radial verlaufenden Protuberanzen (26) aufweist, die abwechselnd mit den Nuten (14) angeordnet sind, wobei jede Gebläseschaufel (18) durch einen unter jedem Schaufelfuß (16) angeordneten Keil (20) in der Nut (14) festgehalten wird, sowie Mittel zum axialen Festhalten der Keile (20) und der Schaufelfüße (16) in den Nuten (14) aufweist, wobei diese Mittel insbesondere aus einem Flansch (24) bestehen, der sich in Anlage an der Vorderseite der Rotorscheibe (10) befindet und an dieser Scheibe (10) durch Befestigungsmittel befestigt ist, die im radial inneren Teil des Flanschs angeordnet sind, wobei die Keile (20) an einem ihrer Enden eine Ausstülpung (22) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Ausstülpung zwischen den Schaufelfüßen (16) und dem Flansch (24) angeordnet ist, dass der Flansch (24) an seiner Hinterseite eine Vielzahl von radial verlaufenden Zähnen (28) aufweist, die gegenüber und hinter den radial verlaufenden Protuberanzen (26) der Scheibe (10) angeordnet sind. - Gebläserotor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial verlaufenden Protuberanzen (26) der Scheibe (10) sich nach außen oder nach innen erstrecken und die radialen Zähne (28) des Flanschs (24) sich nach innen oder nach außen erstrecken. - Gebläserotor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein axiales Spiel (48) zwischen den radial verlaufenden Protuberanzen (26) der Scheibe (10) und den radialen Zähnen (28) des Flanschs (24) ausgeführt ist. - Gebläserotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel des Flanschs (24) an der Scheibe (10) eine Vielzahl von Stiften (42, 44, 46) beinhalten, die parallel zur Drehachse der Scheibe (10) verlaufen.
