Definitions

  • the invention relates to a closure cap, which cooperates with a bottle neck having a bottle neck, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • a connectable to the bottleneck of a bottle container cap is first by the DE 198 24 714 A1 known.
  • the Untergreifvorsprung is there formed as a ring.
  • the underride projection, ie ring can be practically bounce like a neck sling acting.
  • the cap can be unscrewed and screwed back.
  • an insert part is assigned. About this can be minimized from home relatively large trained discharge opening so that you can deploy a powerful spray jet instead of a jet stream, just to form a spout on the insert.
  • a cooperating with a bottle container cap is known, wherein at the bottleneck of the bottle container a latching projection and on the cap a Untergreifvorsprung is formed, further the cap is associated with an insert and the insert is fastened on the bottle neck.
  • the maybeblellbar on the insert cap can be unscrewed from the insert.
  • the bottleneck can be provided with projections and the insert in the associated area with recesses.
  • GB 2172 273 A cooperating with a bottle cap closure cap, wherein the closure cap is associated with an insert part and the closure cap is applied by deformation, without the use of a given thread forming, on the insert part.
  • the cap can be unscrewed from the insert.
  • the edge of the bottle may have projections which serve to prevent rotational movement of the insert on the edge of the bottle.
  • the invention provides the task of specifying a bottle container with cooperating cap and insert, which are both rational to install as well as child-resistant.
  • a lower gripping projection may be formed for cooperation with the latching projection on the bottle container. That is in principle Here too, it is based on the fact that the lower gripping projection of the insert part is formed on a circumferentially encircling ring, which has sufficient in the circumferential direction to overflow the locking projection sufficient, usable under elastic recovery length supply. All this can be achieved with a maximum thinness of the ring. The latter means saving of material.
  • the larger structural extension lies in the direction of insertion. It suffices a long rectangular cross section of such a ring to overcome the formed on a discharge opening having a bottle neck locking projection safely.
  • the latching projection is formed on a bottle neck having a neck opening and that the latching arm extends substantially parallel to a longitudinal center axis of the discharge opening. This allows the transmission of sufficient bounce forces without damage.
  • a particularly stable locking arm is present if this participates in the ring shape.
  • An advantageous solution is achieved when two substantially mutually opposite latching arms are formed. The length stock is easily reached due to a wave formation of the ring. It is sufficient if only part of the ring is undulating in the circumferential direction.
  • the deviating from a normal circular ring contour zone of the length supply can also be realized so that the length supply is formed by a rebound in the region of the connection to the latching arm of the ring. This applies accordingly for both locking arms, on both sides.
  • the ring extends substantially perpendicular to the latching arms.
  • the invention proposes that the latching projection is formed on the bottle neck with in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the bottle opening extending plane.
  • the insert part has a central collar for engagement in the neck opening of the bottle container, and wherein the collar has an insertion bevel, for cooperation with an inner edge of the neck opening.
  • Rotationally symmetrical insertion bevel brings a effective pre-centering with respect to the inner edge, the mouth of the bottle so.
  • a relatively small outer edge-side taper of the free end of the collar is sufficient. So it is practically sufficient if the insertion extends at least to the extent of a wall thickness of the collar inwards.
  • the lead-in has a multiple measure of the wall thickness of the collar. That can go up to five times. It is advantageous if the insertion bevel is formed from a plurality of separate insertion tongues.
  • the bottleneck ie its inner edge, can be additionally chamfered.
  • this means is formed on the bottle neck side in the form of formations.
  • such formations consist of vertically oriented ribs. These ribs are tongue-shaped with a tongue opening associated tongue opening. The latter forms in the manner of a "flow divider" a Einlenkelladdling for the use-part-side antidote of the rotationally secured holder.
  • Said ribs can be formed simply by recesses of the inner wall of the bottle container.
  • the invention proposes that the means for the rotationally secured mounting of the insert part are formed by passing into the recesses between the ribs blocking strips of the insert part. They can be molded right away. It is not necessary, the blocking bars in the number of formations provided.
  • the solution according to the invention is characterized in that the insert part, assigned to a lower gripping projection of the closure cap, forms a latching projection. In order to ensure their solvency with simple means here despite the good bondage of the cap, is further proceeded so that the locking projection of the insert part and the lower gripping projection of the cap in a lateral projection with a horizontal include an acute angle.
  • the latching projection can be converted into the function of a thread with a corresponding course of the closure cap-side lower gripping projection, one or more times.
  • the ring extending at an acute angle consists of two substantially opposite sections covering a same height range.
  • the basis for the above-indicated modulation is when the cap is to be assigned to the bottle container reversible. Accordingly, the latching projection is then formed on the insert part as a mating thread.
  • the insert can also be attached directly to the bottle neck, ie be formed.
  • an embodiment is chosen such that the counter-projection is designed as a mirror-image designed, in cross-section with each other directed to each other, extending in the radial direction strips, which at their leave free ends between them one of the Rastausformung corresponding opening. In the snaps the Rastausformung.
  • the preferred solution is such that the strips can be lifted away from the latch formation by pressing in portions of the jacket wall of the closure cap in positions offset by 90 °.
  • the jacket wall deforms, for example, from a circular shape in an oval shape with a corresponding radial deflection of the counter-projections.
  • the invention consists in the formation of a child safety cap for a bottle container, which solution is characterized by counter-projections forming, mirror-image oriented strips which are directed towards each other in cross-section such that their free ends leave an opening therebetween for receiving a Rastausformung of Bottle container or insert. It is structurally so that the one bar by the Rastausformung, again resetting, is overflowable and forms the other bar a Drehsperranschlag for the cap.
  • the insert part or the bottleneck in a region above the latching projection has a latching projection which cooperates with a recess on the closure cap.
  • Structurally advantageous is when the recess in a separate and radially to the cap wall of the cap formed inside this arranged fuse wall. So parental control and turnstile can be designed to be different in location, this with respective increase in effectiveness. While retaining the outline of the rings, the securing wall also has an oval floor plan. There is a similar course.
  • the recess is formed as a vertical slot, wherein the slot forming Wandend Schemee are reinforced by molded, perpendicular thereto extending strips. So you can work extremely thin-walled with respect to the security wall. Nevertheless, the desired mechanical strength of the recess is present.
  • the above-mentioned separate formation of the securing wall does not mean a multi-part; Accordingly, it continues to proceed so that the cooperating with the locking projection ring is connected to the securing wall.
  • the tethered ring is band-shaped with an oval floor plan adapted to the security wall.
  • the invention proposes that the securing wall with respect to the connected ring is arranged offset radially inward.
  • the offset can be realized by the extent of a wall thickness.
  • the resulting polydirectionality has a strengthening effect, which proves to be particularly useful for the operation.
  • the securing wall is in fact connected to the cap wall moved by the solution pressure, where the sections for pressing in the cap wall of the cap are also located.
  • This Rastausformung is provided in pairs.
  • An embodiment of even independent meaning is characterized realized that on the insert part or the bottleneck a cooperating with a stop edge of Rastausformung counter-projection is formed.
  • This Rastausformung is hook-shaped in plan, forming a catcher corner for the opposite counter-projection.
  • Parental control and turnstile are so separated from each other arranged devices.
  • the cap wall in the solution pressure direction of its actuation section is preceded by an insurmountable annular step radially inward and the corresponding end cap edge has a bead cooperating with the annular step.
  • This facility can be set to a specific threshold. By normal, sensing keys, the release is therefore not possible.
  • the illustrated closure V of a dispenser or container comprises a closure cap 1, an insert part 2 and a bottle neck 3 of a bottle container 4.
  • the bottle container 4 it may be a preform bottle container.
  • the cap 1 is the insert part 2 assignable by bouncing. It can also be assigned by screwing and accordingly unscrew again.
  • the insert 2 stands with the bottle neck 3 in irreversible locking catch.
  • the bottle container 4 or its bottleneck 3 has a latching projection 5 on the jacket wall side.
  • The is designed as a continuous circumferential (or interrupted, albeit here solvability strives) annular bead.
  • the upper edge of the locking projection 5 falls outwards and in the direction of the bottle container 4 obliquely.
  • the lower edge of the locking projection is steep, d. H. it extends substantially horizontally, that is perpendicular to a vertically aligned longitudinal central axis x-x of the bottle neck 3.

  • the Untergreif projection 6 slides in the applied here also bouncing over the described oblique edge of the locking projection 5 and finally enters anchoring under the steep flank, where he firmly locked.
  • the ring R1 is supported by two vertically suspended latching arms 7. These are based on a substantially horizontally extending ceiling 8 of the insert part 2, which is substantially pot-shaped in its base region. The front edge 9 of the cup-shaped insert sits snugly on a peripheral shoulder 10 of the bottle container 4 plug-limiting.
  • ring R1 is realized as a closed, virtually pipe section-like axial band contour.
  • the strip has a substantially rectangular cross-section or is sharpened in the area of its narrow side forming the lower gripping projection 6 in the manner of a blade, with an outwardly sloping chamfer facing away from the ceiling. The latter favors anchoring.
  • the longer side of the band lies in plug-in or bounce allocation direction (arrow y) of the insert part 2.
  • the ring R1 In the basic position, the ring R1 has an inner diameter d which essentially corresponds to the outer diameter D of the bottle neck 3 in the latching region of the ring R1. Moreover, the ring R1 has portions larger than its inner diameter d. These sections create a length stock L. The latter is dimensioned so that the ring R1 can be expanded against its own restoring force. This condition occurs when the ring R1 overcome the larger outer diameter D than d having locking projection 5 must, as I said, occur by means of bouncing.
  • the length stock L is achieved at the ring R1, for example, due to a wave formation of the ring R1.

Description

The invention relates to a closure cap, which cooperates with a bottle neck having a bottle neck, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.

A connectable to the bottleneck of a bottle container cap is first by the DE 198 24 714 A1 known. The Untergreifvorsprung is there formed as a ring. The has sufficient for overrunning the locking projection length stock, with the effect of a highly effective elastic return. The underride projection, ie ring, can be practically bounce like a neck sling acting. By rising course of locking projection and underride projection in association with expiring the locking projection, the cap can be unscrewed and screwed back. As an insurance cover actuarial secrecy is applied. Furthermore, in one exemplary embodiment of the precursor, an insert part is assigned. About this can be minimized from home relatively large trained discharge opening so that you can deploy a powerful spray jet instead of a jet stream, just to form a spout on the insert.

From the DE 1 916 954 A1 a cooperating with a bottle container cap is known, wherein at the bottleneck of the bottle container a latching projection and on the cap a Untergreifvorsprung is formed, further the cap is associated with an insert and the insert is fastened on the bottle neck. The aufblellbar on the insert cap can be unscrewed from the insert. For rotationally secured mounting of the insert part on the Bottleneck, the bottleneck can be provided with projections and the insert in the associated area with recesses.

Also from the GB 2172 273 A is known cooperating with a bottle cap closure cap, wherein the closure cap is associated with an insert part and the closure cap is applied by deformation, without the use of a given thread forming, on the insert part. By the mentioned thread formations the cap can be unscrewed from the insert. The edge of the bottle may have projections which serve to prevent rotational movement of the insert on the edge of the bottle.

Based on the above-described prior art, the invention provides the task of specifying a bottle container with cooperating cap and insert, which are both rational to install as well as child-resistant.

This object is achieved in the subject matter of claim 1. On the insert part, a lower gripping projection may be formed for cooperation with the latching projection on the bottle container. The larger structural extension lies in the direction of insertion. It suffices a long rectangular cross section of such a ring to overcome the formed on a discharge opening having a bottle neck locking projection safely. If no control means are provided, then there is an irreversible locking with the bottleneck, respectively the bottle container. It is further provided that the latching projection is formed on a bottle neck having a neck opening and that the latching arm extends substantially parallel to a longitudinal center axis of the discharge opening. This allows the transmission of sufficient bounce forces without damage. A particularly stable locking arm is present if this participates in the ring shape. An advantageous solution is achieved when two substantially mutually opposite latching arms are formed. The length stock is easily reached due to a wave formation of the ring. It is sufficient if only part of the ring is undulating in the circumferential direction. However, the deviating from a normal circular ring contour zone of the length supply can also be realized so that the length supply is formed by a rebound in the region of the connection to the latching arm of the ring. This applies accordingly for both locking arms, on both sides. It is further provided that the ring extends substantially perpendicular to the latching arms. Then, the invention proposes that the latching projection is formed on the bottle neck with in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the bottle opening extending plane. Moreover, it is provided that the insert part has a central collar for engagement in the neck opening of the bottle container, and wherein the collar has an insertion bevel, for cooperation with an inner edge of the neck opening. The example. Rotationally symmetrical insertion bevel brings a effective pre-centering with respect to the inner edge, the mouth of the bottle so. When docking the parts, it is no longer so easy to collide with non-linear access of the component to be introduced. Here, a relatively small outer edge-side taper of the free end of the collar is sufficient. So it is practically sufficient if the insertion extends at least to the extent of a wall thickness of the collar inwards. On the safe side, one is in any case when the lead-in has a multiple measure of the wall thickness of the collar. That can go up to five times. It is advantageous if the insertion bevel is formed from a plurality of separate insertion tongues. These have a convex end rounding and can also be in the direction of the wall towards the free end. As has been found, several equally spaced lead-in tongues are sufficient. On the container side, the bottleneck, ie its inner edge, can be additionally chamfered. As far as the means for the rotationally secured mounting of the insert part is concerned, this means is formed on the bottle neck side in the form of formations. Suitably, such formations consist of vertically oriented ribs. These ribs are tongue-shaped with a tongue opening associated tongue opening. The latter forms in the manner of a "flow divider" a Einlenkmaßnahme for the use-part-side antidote of the rotationally secured holder. Said ribs can be formed simply by recesses of the inner wall of the bottle container. Then, the invention proposes that the means for the rotationally secured mounting of the insert part are formed by passing into the recesses between the ribs blocking strips of the insert part. They can be molded right away. It is not necessary, the blocking bars in the number of formations provided. Furthermore, the solution according to the invention is characterized in that the insert part, assigned to a lower gripping projection of the closure cap, forms a latching projection. In order to ensure their solvency with simple means here despite the good bondage of the cap, is further proceeded so that the locking projection of the insert part and the lower gripping projection of the cap in a lateral projection with a horizontal include an acute angle. Thus, the latching projection can be converted into the function of a thread with a corresponding course of the closure cap-side lower gripping projection, one or more times. In this case, it is provided that the ring extending at an acute angle consists of two substantially opposite sections covering a same height range. In this solution, the basis for the above-indicated modulation is when the cap is to be assigned to the bottle container reversible. Accordingly, the latching projection is then formed on the insert part as a mating thread. The insert can also be attached directly to the bottle neck, ie be formed. In particular, an embodiment is chosen such that the counter-projection is designed as a mirror-image designed, in cross-section with each other directed to each other, extending in the radial direction strips, which at their leave free ends between them one of the Rastausformung corresponding opening. In the snaps the Rastausformung. As a result, at the same time there is a safeguard against self-loosening of the cap. A balanced and therefore tilt-free handling of child safety is given by two opposing projections located in a diametrical. In detail, the preferred solution is such that the strips can be lifted away from the latch formation by pressing in portions of the jacket wall of the closure cap in positions offset by 90 °. The jacket wall deforms, for example, from a circular shape in an oval shape with a corresponding radial deflection of the counter-projections. Then, the invention consists in the formation of a child safety cap for a bottle container, which solution is characterized by counter-projections forming, mirror-image oriented strips which are directed towards each other in cross-section such that their free ends leave an opening therebetween for receiving a Rastausformung of Bottle container or insert. It is structurally so that the one bar by the Rastausformung, again resetting, is overflowable and forms the other bar a Drehsperranschlag for the cap.

It is further provided that the insert part or the bottleneck in a region above the latching projection has a latching projection which cooperates with a recess on the closure cap. This results in an even more effective, virtually "harder" child safety under correspondingly increased safety of use of the dispenser or container. Structurally advantageous is when the recess in a separate and radially to the cap wall of the cap formed inside this arranged fuse wall. So parental control and turnstile can be designed to be different in location, this with respective increase in effectiveness. While retaining the outline of the rings, the securing wall also has an oval floor plan. There is a similar course. In a structurally simple manner, the recess is formed as a vertical slot, wherein the slot forming Wandendbereiche are reinforced by molded, perpendicular thereto extending strips. So you can work extremely thin-walled with respect to the security wall. Nevertheless, the desired mechanical strength of the recess is present. The above-mentioned separate formation of the securing wall does not mean a multi-part; Accordingly, it continues to proceed so that the cooperating with the locking projection ring is connected to the securing wall. The tethered ring is band-shaped with an oval floor plan adapted to the security wall. In addition, the invention proposes that the securing wall with respect to the connected ring is arranged offset radially inward. The offset can be realized by the extent of a wall thickness. The resulting polydirectionality has a strengthening effect, which proves to be particularly useful for the operation. The securing wall is in fact connected to the cap wall moved by the solution pressure, where the sections for pressing in the cap wall of the cap are also located. The more closure cap head side lying securing wall respectively the recess cooperates with a cap recess lying on the side Rastausformung which Rastausformung is arranged projecting over an edge of a nozzle. This Rastausformung is provided in pairs. An embodiment of even independent meaning is characterized realized that on the insert part or the bottleneck a cooperating with a stop edge of Rastausformung counter-projection is formed. This Rastausformung is hook-shaped in plan, forming a catcher corner for the opposite counter-projection. Parental control and turnstile are so separated from each other arranged devices. Finally, it is also proposed that the cap wall in the solution pressure direction of its actuation section is preceded by an insurmountable annular step radially inward and the corresponding end cap edge has a bead cooperating with the annular step. This facility can be set to a specific threshold. By normal, sensing keys, the release is therefore not possible.

The illustrated closure V of a dispenser or container comprises a closure cap 1, an insert part 2 and a bottle neck 3 of a bottle container 4. With regard to the bottle container 4, it may be a preform bottle container.

The cap 1 is the insert part 2 assignable by bouncing. It can also be assigned by screwing and accordingly unscrew again.

The insert 2, however, stands with the bottle neck 3 in irreversible locking catch. For this purpose, the bottle container 4 or its bottleneck 3 has a latching projection 5 on the jacket wall side. The is designed as a continuous circumferential (or interrupted, albeit here solvability strives) annular bead. The upper edge of the locking projection 5 falls outwards and in the direction of the bottle container 4 obliquely. The lower edge of the locking projection, however, is steep, d. H. it extends substantially horizontally, that is perpendicular to a vertically aligned longitudinal central axis x-x of the bottle neck 3.

The insert part-side locking means is a lower gripping projection 6. The is formed as a ring R1. The Untergreif projection 6 slides in the applied here also bouncing over the described oblique edge of the locking projection 5 and finally enters anchoring under the steep flank, where he firmly locked.

The ring R1 is supported by two vertically suspended latching arms 7. These are based on a substantially horizontally extending ceiling 8 of the insert part 2, which is substantially pot-shaped in its base region. The front edge 9 of the cup-shaped insert sits snugly on a peripheral shoulder 10 of the bottle container 4 plug-limiting.

Prellzuordnungsrichtung (Pfeil y) des Einsatzteiles 2.The in Fig. 3 more in the manner of a schematic diagram shown ring R1 is realized as a closed, virtually pipe section-like axial band contour. The strip has a substantially rectangular cross-section or is sharpened in the area of its narrow side forming the lower gripping projection 6 in the manner of a blade, with an outwardly sloping chamfer facing away from the ceiling. The latter favors anchoring. The longer side of the band lies in plug-in or bounce allocation direction (arrow y) of the insert part 2.

In the basic position, the ring R1 has an inner diameter d which essentially corresponds to the outer diameter D of the bottle neck 3 in the latching region of the ring R1.

The length stock L is achieved at the ring R1, for example, due to a wave formation of the ring R1. This version is not shown because it is particularly easy to imagine. The band stretches wave-smoothing and thus contributes to the desired length stock L.

At the in Fig. 3 represented version of the ring R1 is the length of stock L in the ring-side approach area of the locking arms 7, which locking arms 7 are also curved themselves annular ring portion, but lying on a different, larger diameter sheet plane. They extend in cross-section substantially rotationally parallel to the longitudinal central axis xx of the bottle neck 3, respectively its neck opening 11. Like also Fig. 3 removable, the band is in the region of the connection of the latching arms 7 via legs 12 in this fort. The band forms there, so to speak, a bay-like bulge. The legs 12 are according to Fig. 3 aligned substantially parallel. The transitions can be slightly rounded, as shown. The length supply L produced here as well as in the described corrugation due to a change in direction of parts of the strip also has the same springing capacity. The mutually pioneering Ausfederungsrichtung both legs 12 is indicated by arrow z. The legs 12 act like joint flaps. This leads superimposed to a radially inward approaching the band-forming lower ends of the latching arms 7. This direction of movement is illustrated by arrow A.

At the beginning Fig. 4 illustrated expression of the ring R1, clearly in its plan view Fig. 9 produced continuously, is an elliptical course. Here are the longer elliptical sweeping, rooted in the locking arms 7, the described length stock L. The locking arms 7 are there about wall thickness of the tape indented and also rooted in the ceiling 8 of the insert part 2. Going into the überstreiffähige rounding, the locking arms 7 pulled slightly against each other, forming another stock of spring.

The insert 2 is made, starting from the pot-forming blanket 8 - it represents the bottom of the pot - in a nozzle 13 on. The extends in a direction away from the interior of the pot, ie in the drawing so going upward. Said nozzle 13 is centrally located and corresponds in diameter moderately about the radius of the cup-shaped insert part. 2

Recognizable roots of the neck 13 root side in the width of the nozzle still surpassing area, referred to below as the base stage 31. This area is designed like a plateau and continues in the opposite direction, ie in the interior of the pot, in a collar 14 on.

The nozzle 13 forms the upper side a centrally located spray nozzle 15. The rises like a fireplace from the bottom of a parallel to the ceiling 8 extending inner ceiling 16 of the insert part. 2

Die größere Halsöffnung 11 begünstigt dagegen das Befüllen des Flaschenbehältnisses 4.The inner cover 16 springs back against the slightly exposed nozzle edge 17 to create an annular groove 18 back. The latter begins about dripping issue substance on. The spout opening 19 of the insert part 2 is reduced in cross section with respect to the neck opening 11 of the bottle container 4 significantly. About the Spout opening 19 can thus be deployed a powerful, directionally stable spray jet, for example. By exerting an external pressure on the body of the bottle container 4, the wall is designed at least partially corresponding collapsible. The larger neck opening 11 on the other hand favors the filling of the bottle container 4.

In the periods of non-use, the insert-fitted bottle container 4 can be tightly closed. This is the sealing cap that goes above a plug 20, which emanates from the inside of the here dome-shaped cap 1 and engages in the spout opening 19 of the spout 15.

The closure cap 1 is, as already emphasized, aufprellbar on the insert part 2 and unscrewed from the insert part 2 again. Here, the same basic principle of the neck loop, provided by a ring R2 of the cap 1. While in the context of the designated R1 R1 ring of the insert part 2 there the latching projection 6 on the bottle neck 3 in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center axis xx of the neck opening 11 of the bottle neck. 3 is formed extending plane, close the locking projection 5 'of the insert part 2 and the lower gripping projection 6' of the cap 1 in a lateral projection with a horizontal an acute angle alpha. It's up Fig. 15 directed. In this case, the section 21 of the ring R2 or band lying substantially between the latching arms 7 constitutes a thread-forming region; Also, the associated locking projection 5 'is realized as a thread. There may be a single or multi-start thread. The slope is about 20 °. The Locking projection threaded portions run at diametrically opposite areas on the diameter dimension of the jacket wall of the nozzle 13 back. As a result, the ring R2 is released by corresponding underflow and leaving the horizontal edge of the latching projection 5 '. The areas are circular segment-shaped path sections.

It can be seen from the drawing that the ring R2, which runs at an acute angle alpha, consists of two essentially opposite sections 21, which cover a similar height range. The height range is defined by the upper and lower end of the there obliquely set locking projection 5 ', forming the thread of the insert part. 2

The insert 2 is the bottle neck 3 not only locked against axial withdrawal associated, but also rotationally secured. Thus, the Zuschraubbewegung the cap 1 as well as the unscrewing the same do not go into emptiness, d. H. be implemented in a twisting of the insert part 2.

The means for rotationally secured mounting of the insert part 2 is the bottle neck side in the form of protrusions. It's on the Fig. 1 and 13 directed. The formations are formed or bounded by vertically oriented ribs 22. These are located at the entrance of the neck opening 11 and appear there as a crown structure forming zigzagging.

The ribs 22 have tongue-like shape. The tip of the tongue tapers outward. It is denoted by 23 and ends just before the end edge 24 of the bottle neck. 3

Die Rippen 22 fluchten ebenengleich mit der zylindrischen Innenwand der Halsöffnung 11.The ribs 22 are flush with the cylindrical inner wall of the neck opening 11.

The ribs 22 are formed by outgoing from the inner wall recesses 25. The diverge in the outward direction, so that there is a plurality of equally shaped drogue with respect to the anti-rotation means of the insert part 2.

The means for rotationally secured mounting of the insert part 2 further consists of the recesses 25 between the ribs 22 entering blocking strips 26. The are located on the jacket wall of the cover side substantially cylindrically shaped collar 14 of the insert part 2. The blocking strips 26 are particularly clear from the bottom view Fig. 9 also their uniform angular distribution. There are a total of six extending in the insertion direction blocking strips 26 formed. These are in the neck opening 11 eighteen recesses 25 opposite. These are also in the same angular circumference distribution. This results in a correct, constraint-free angular alignment between the two parts 2, 3.

The front edge facing away from the end of the recesses 25 has a clear width corresponding to that of the blocking strips 26; the plug connection thus finally turns out free from rotary play.

The opposite of the bottleneck 3 sealing function accepting collar 14 acts as a hollow plug-like closure member, so that the joint area between the bottle neck 3 and steckzugeordnetem insert part 2 is leak-free.

Die Schrägung liegt gut bei 45° zu der Längsmittelachse x-x des Verschlusses V.The collar 14 also takes on an additional function, namely with regard to a secure plug-in assembly of the parts 2, 3. Specifically, the procedure is such that the insert 2 engages with the centrally located collar 14 in a precentralizing manner in the cylindrical neck opening 11 of the bottle neck 3 , For appropriate pre-centering of the collar 14 has an insertion bevel 27. The located at least on the outside of the collar 14 and goes well beyond the effect of an outer edge bevel of a conventional sealing collar, since the insertion be 27 at least by the extent of the wall thickness of the collar 14 after extends inside. The skew is well at 45 ° to the longitudinal center axis x-x of the closure V.

The insertion bevel 27 cooperates with a deflecting inner edge 28 of the neck opening 11. The inner edge 28 may be chamfered, other than shown. The neck opening 11 can be there as out Fig. 15 visible, slightly widened. This widened zone indicates according to Fig. 13 the anti-rotation formations on. In any case, this distance is surmounted for sealing purpose by the outer end portion of the collar 14.

The insertion bevel 27 is realger drawn or vaulted by a multiple measure of the wall thickness of the collar 14. Shown in the drawings is an insertion bevel 27 formed from a plurality of separate insertion tongues 29. These are conical shell-shaped projections with an approximately semicircular outline. The envisaged in multiplicity, distributed in the same angularly arranged insertion tongues 29 go over the entire circumference of the total insertion bevel. There is a wreath of inwardly curved fingers. By her clearly off Fig. 15 emanating Externally convex curvature is practically even a hemispherical head of the hollow collar 14 before. The feels unproblematically in the circular neck opening 11, this even with a non-linear feed in the longitudinal central axis xx. Further continuation of the Aufprellvorganges deflects the slightly inclined collar 14 or the whole insert part 2 in a coaxially rectified position to the bottle neck center axis.

The cap 1 is child-resistant to the insert part 2. For this purpose, the insert part 2 in a region of the neck 13 lying close to the cover 8 has a tooth-like latching formation 30. The is radially aligned and rooted both in a local base 31 and in the top of the ceiling. 8

The Rastausformung 30 cooperates with a counter-projection 32 on the cap 1. When screwed cap 1, both parts 1, 2 are in a rotationally locking engagement. As a result of the rotational fixing of the insert part 2 in the neck opening 11, there is also no rotational movement of the closure V with respect to the bottle neck 3.

The counter-projection 32 is particularly clear from the Fig. 6 to 8 out. It is the cap 1 inside mitangeformte elements.

Both the Rastausformung 30 and the counter-projections 32 are formed in pairs and partially arranged each lying in a common diametrical.

The counter-projections 32 are arranged as a mirror image, in cross-section facing each other, in the Formed substantially in the radial direction strips 33. The longitudinally oriented strips 33 leave at their free ends between them an opening 35. This extending in the insertion direction of the cap 1 opening 35 has a clear width between the Ends of the strips 33, which corresponds to the measured width in this direction of the latching formation 30 of the closure cap 1. The strips 33 converge in the direction of the center of the closure cap 1, namely they stand at an angle of approximately 45 ° to a root-oriented, center-oriented line, corresponding to a radial R.

Flaschenhalses 3 trifft. The strips 33 are made, as the cap 1 and the other closure-forming elements, made of plastic, taking care to ensure sufficient resilience of the material. The strips 33 therefore act like spring flaps. They are subject to different levels of operation. Depending on the thread type, right-hand or left-hand thread, one or the other lobes in the final stage of the screwing movement of the closure cap 1 are overrun with respect to the rear side. While a strip 33 of the counter-projections 32 overruns the latching projection 30 and resets itself, the other strip 33 acts as a turnstile stopper for the closure cap 1, in which the latching projection 30 prevents the further rotation. This comes about at the same time, in which the end edge, reaching the end of the screwing movement, hits against the corresponding shoulder, here the cover 8, the bottle container 4 or bottle neck 3.

The child safety takes over at the same time also the function of the reverse rotation.

To open the shutter V it always requires a will-emphasized exercise of a release secret. For this purpose, the cup-like structure and the flexibility of the cap 1 are used, d. H. especially the cylindrical area of its wall. This provides that the strips 33 can be lifted away from the latching formation 30 by depressing sections 36 of the cap wall of the closure cap 1 at 90 ° offset from the points lying at 32. Said sections 36 also extend in a common diametrical of the closure cap 1. They (36) are also wall-thickened, furthermore recognizable by minimizing a roughness of the outer wall of the closure cap 1 which increases the grip. The cap 1 can be unscrewed.

With respect to the ring R2, the same features described above with respect to the ring R1 are applied and the reference numerals, as far as is necessary for understanding, transmitted.

Then it remains to be noted that the plug 20 is surrounded in the zenith of the ceiling of the here dome-shaped cap 1 still by a likewise rooted in the ceiling Zentrierungsrichter 37. The tulpt in the direction of the insert part 2 or 3 bottlenecks and thus captures the chimney-like upwardly projecting injection nozzle 15 securely, resulting in a centering of the plug 20 with respect to the Tüllenöffnung 19. The annular space between the axially oriented plug 20 and the foot of the Zentrierrichters 37 is so dimensioned that the upper, cylindrical end of the spout 15 accommodates well in it.

Die innere, rotationssymmetrisch konvex gewölbte Einleitschräge trägt das Bezugszeichen 38.The inner, rotationally symmetrical convexly curved inlet bevel bears the reference numeral 38.

Fig. 15 For example, is still a the band of the ring R1 in its standing height reducing bulge 39 removed. The acts with respect to the upper, obliquely downward falling edge of the corresponding locking projection 5 grid-friendly.

In the FIG. 16 reproduced variant is the sectional view FIG. 5 comparable. The reference numbers are applied analogously.

A modification of the basic version here is that the insert part 2 is directly connected to the bottle container 4, wherein accordingly the nozzle 13 in the narrower sense now forms the bottleneck 3 of the bottle container 4.

For tying the cap 1 of the closure V of the ring R2 is used.

The Rastausformungen 30 in conjunction with the detailed described counter projections 32 take over here both the child safety and the function of Drehsperranschlages.

A modification with respect to the injection spout 15 is embodied in the fact that it can be assigned to the neck opening of the spout 13 in the manner of a plug and not integrally formed therewith. This has the advantage of variability with respect to the diameter of the grommet opening 19 or the spout shape at all. The base of the spout 15 goes there recognizable in a plug edge 40 via. The latter can be in a shape-responsive annular groove 41 in the neck opening of the nozzle 13 einschnäppern. The sleeve portion-like plug edge 40 is axially secured by both end overlap of flanks of the annular groove 41.

The base of the support 13 forms around the foot of the spray nozzle 15 circumferentially formed groove 42. The jumps clearly opposite to the upwardly projecting nozzle edge 17 of the nozzle 13 back.

The developments according to FIGS. 17 to 20 provide a functional separation of the parental control means of those of the Drehsperranschlages ago. These means are either realized directly on the bottle neck 3 or described in detail insert 2 and the cap 1. The reference numerals, as far as necessary for understanding, applied mutatis mutandis, this in part without textual repetition.

First, for child safety: The is now moved from the area of the base stage 31 and housed just below the ceiling 43 of the cap 1. The ceiling 43 appears as a flattening and goes over a frusto-conically sloping part in a cylindrically held end portion of the cap wall 44 on. At the said cylindrical end portion are also the portions 36 for actuating the child safety, so Ausovalisierung the ring R2.

Closing lid side, the relevant Rastausformung 45 is now placed above the locking projection 5 ', which cooperates with a counter-projection 46 either on the insert part 2 or on the bottle neck 3. The rest forming elements can also be assigned inversely.

The specific embodiment provides a recess 47 on the closure cap 1 with respect to the counterprojection 46. It's up FIG. 18 directed. Visible, the recess 47 is realized there as a vertically oriented slot and recognizable.

The slot is located in a separate from the cap wall 44 of the cap 1 securing wall R3. The has oval floor plan, so follows the circumference substantially the corresponding course of the ring R2, which is located in cover distant distance.

Die Schlitze öffnen in Richtung des Flaschenbehältnisses 4.The recesses 47 are located on the radially larger arc sections of the securing wall R3, in the middle. They are with respect to the longitudinal center axis x-x in diametrical opposite position. The slots open in the direction of the bottle container 4th

Between the geometrically basically identically shaped band-like bodies, the ring R2 and the annular securing wall R3, a window 48 is left on both sides. This is of such a vertical height that therein the latching projection 5 'of the insert part 2 or 3 of the bottle arrives latching, so that the locking projection 5' in the manner shown above by the Untergreifvorsprung 6 'of the cap 1 engrossing under attack.

The slits formed in the rather narrow, so good resilient retaining wall R3 are on the outside of the securing wall R3 reinforced by the Schlitzwandendbereichen molded perpendicular thereto extending Ribs 49. The latter extend down to the slot entrance and extend in the opposite direction to the ceiling 43 in which they are rooted. The recess 47 defining slot goes over two thirds of the height of the securing wall R3 in the training area.

The cooperating with the locking projection 5 'ring R2 is connected to the securing wall R3. This is done in the manner described above on the vertically aligned locking arms 7. The latter extend in the region of the narrower turns, the radially smaller arc sections of the oval parts R2 and R3 so. They also have the desired stretching reserve mediating leg 12. For comparison, be on FIG. 3 directed. The one U-shaped cross-section of the latching arms 7 mediating parallel course of the legs 12 is executed on both oval bodies, but may be different. With regard to the securing wall R3, such a length of the legs 12 is selected that the securing wall R3 is offset clearly offset radially in relation to the connected ring R2. It's up FIG. 18 directed. The offset may be between one to three wall thicknesses, but preferably using an intermediate value.

In the narrower turns, the securing wall R3 is already rooted in the frusto-conical part of the cap wall 44. The band sections having a larger radius arc, that is to say the recesses 47, are in the flat area of the horizontal ceiling 43 of the closure cap 1. This results in an excellent anchoring in the Activation forces receiving cap 1. The upper, rooting edge of the security wall R3 runs in height changing Levels. In this way, the securing wall R3 is optimally connected with the movement of the solution pressure by the cap wall 44. The solution pressure is effected via the sections 36 provided here as well.

The Ausovalisierung the cap 1 is transferred to the oval inner and outer collar differently. The passage of the deformation work on the ring R2 is comparatively low and leaves the undercut projection securely under the thread flanks of the insert part 2 or bottle neck. 3

Because of its near-ceiling, securing wall R3, it undergoes greater work of deformation work, that is, it also ovalizes so as to reduce the horizontal surface engagement zones of the windows 48 of the securing wall R3 to the insert sub-ribs.

As far as the latching formation 45 is concerned, it is located on the connecting piece 13, more precisely on the upper-side nozzle edge 17. It is realized as a transverse rib, specifically in relation to the longitudinal central axis x-x in a diametrically opposite relationship.

The cross-rib-shaped Rastausformung 45 towers clearly freestanding the crest of the flat nozzle edge 17. The paired Rastausformungen 45 are in the closed position of the closure V transversely to the solution pressure direction of the closure.

Bewegung. Der Bogenverlauf der die Ausnehmungen 47 aufweisenden Partien der Sicherungswand R3 heben von den rastaktiven Zonen der Rastausformung 45 ab.The rider-like transverse ribs, also tooth-like shape as the above Rastausformungen 30, act restively active. The release happens through the over the zones of the latching arms 7 inflowing actuating force or movement. The arc curve of the recesses 47 having games of the security wall R3 lift from the rest-active zones of Rastausformung 45 from.

Since here too the closure cap 1 is designed as a screw cap, the windows 48 are released from the binding area of the latching projections 5 'realized as screw threads. This is done in the manner detailed above.

Gemeint ist die Zuschraubrichtung der Verschlusskappe 1.Now to the rotation stop lock: The here separate from the child safety Drehanschlagsperrung goes with respect to the neck-side means particularly clear FIG. 20 out. There is located at the foot of the nozzle 13 located on the outside a rotary latch-shaped 50th The latter is hook-shaped in plan. Your radial hook leg provides a stationary stop edge 51. About the hook shape results in a catcher 52 for the closure cap side counter-locking means. It is a counter-projection 53 integrally formed on the closure cap 1. The latter runs rotationally symmetrically in the path or on the path of the diametrically opposite stop edges 51. The catching corner 52 is open in the feed direction of the counter-projection. What is meant is the addition of the closure cap 1.

The pointing in the circumferential direction leg of the hook-shaped rotary latch formation 50 acts against the ring R2 embracing.

The counter projection 53 is formed by a step edge 54 of the band-like ring R2. The step results from the rising progressions of the sections 21 of the ring R2 in the region of the respective lower, sawtooth-like New approach. It's up FIG. 18 directed. There, the step edge 54 can be seen as space-parallel to the longitudinal central axis xx aligned narrow edge, which finally satisfactorily hits against the stationary stop edge 51. It is a particularly stable Drehsperranschlag, reinforced by the paired design.

An letztere schließt eine gleichfalls schräg abfallende Randzone der Sockelstufe 31 an.The nozzle 13 is stepped on the foot side via a conspicuous annular bead 55 in a rotationally symmetrical, outwardly sloping slope 55 via. The ends in a vertical, height moderately short ring stage 56. The latter includes a likewise sloping edge zone of the base stage 31 at.

At the annular step 56, the cup-shaped cap 1 is supported with its inner lower edge. This counteracts the unwanted finding of the triggering section 36.

On the other hand, it requires a forced emphasis pushing these sections 36, which has the overcoming of the ring stage 56 as a prerequisite. One can speak here of a threshold.

In the region of the sections 36, the sealing cap edge has a bead 57. The protrudes inwardly directed and forms with its lower edge a short run-on slope 58. Taking the corresponding obstacle of the annular step 56, this also results in a component in vertical lifting direction on the cap 1. The unscrewing the same is favored.

Also in this version, the cap 1 can be under the widths of the ring R2 in the circumferential direction Overcoming the standing in the middle locking projections 5 'of the threaded portions. The exit from the threaded portion is done via the thread-free areas, which can be seen from the drawings.
