Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines vieldrähtigen Leiters für eine elektrische Leitung oder ein elektrisches Kabel mit folgenden Schritten:a) Herstellen eines Leiterseils durch Verseilen einer Vielzahl von Drähten aus Kupfer oder Aluminium.b) Glühen des Leiterseils nach dem Verseilvorgang, wobei das Glühen berührungslos durch induktives Erwärmen des Leiterseils erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leiterseil nach dem Verseilen verdichtet und anschließend geglüht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Leiterseil aus Kupfer die Glühtemperatur zwischen 350 und 450 °C beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Leiterseil aus Aluminium die Glühtemperatur zwischen 200 und 350 °C beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leiterseil nach dem Glühen in einer Schutzgasatmosphäre oder in einem Wasserbad abgeschreckt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das weichgeglühte Leiterseil nach dem Abkühlen eine Kunststoffschicht extrudiert wird.
