Description
The invention relates to a gas turbine blade with a Airfoil and one adjacent to the airfoil Platform area for delimiting a hot gas channel Gas turbine, in which the Gastubinenschaufel can be installed. The The invention also relates to a gas turbine with such Gas turbine blade.
Februar 1990 (1990-02-05)-& JP 01 285603 A (KOBE STEEL LTD), 16. A gas turbine blade is apparent from DE 26 28 807 A. The gas turbine blade is directed along a blade axis and has an airfoil along the blade axis and a platform area. Extends in the platform area transverse to the blade axis a platform from the blade away radially outward. Such a platform forms one Part of a flow channel for a working fluid, which flows through a gas turbine, in which the turbine blade installed is. In a gas turbine occur in this flow channel very high temperatures. This will cause the hot gas exposed surface of the platform heavily thermally stressed. This requires cooling of the platform. For cooling the platform is in front of the side facing away from the hot gas the platform arranged a perforated wall element. About the Holes in the wall element pass cooling air and strike on the side facing away from the hot gas of the platform. At a Gas turbine is cooling air for components to be cooled in the rule branched off from a compressor, the compressed air for generates the combustion in the gas turbine. Through the junction Cooling air becomes the amount of air that can be supplied to the combustion reduced. As a result, the efficiency of the gas turbine reduced. Accordingly, one strives to reduce the cooling air consumption to keep as low as possible in a gas turbine. From PATENT ABSTRACTS OF JAPAN vol. 014, no. 060 (M-0931), 5. February 1990 (1990-02-05) - & JP 01 285603 A (KOBE STEEL LTD), 16. November 1989 (1989-11-16) also discloses a shovel on which a ceramic coating was applied.
The object of the invention is the specification of a gas turbine blade, which has a particularly low demand for cooling air. Another object of the invention is the specification of a Gas turbine with a particularly low demand for cooling air.
The object directed to a gas turbine blade is achieved according to the invention solved by specifying a gas turbine blade with an airfoil and one adjacent to the airfoil Platform area for delimiting a hot gas channel a gas turbine, in which the gas turbine blade can be installed is, wherein the platform area has a metal platform, on a ceramic cover by means of a mechanical Fastener rests fastened.
With the invention of the completely new way is taken, the the hot gas duct limiting platform of a gas turbine blade with a mechanically attached, ceramic cover to provide. Through such a ceramic cover The metal platform becomes effective in front of the hot gas channel shielded by flowing hot gas. Accordingly, the Metal platform significantly less cooled. In certain circumstances may even be based entirely on cooling the metal platform be waived. This has a significantly reduced need Cooling air result, which in turn the efficiency of a Gas turbine increases, in which the gas turbine blade installed is.
The gas turbine blade of the proposed type is also also very easy to produce, as a conventional gas turbine blade only in terms of their radial dimensioning something has to be changed so that the ceramic cover flush with the hot gas duct. The gas turbine blade otherwise it can be made as usual especially by casting. The ceramic cover can be later by means of the mechanical fastener on the Metal platform can be placed and fastened. Especially it is possible to have such gas turbine blades in a blade ring to install in the gas turbine while the ceramic Cover piecewise with each built-in gas turbine bucket add, so that finally a complete, the ceramic covers additionally against falling out Tightening, closed blade ring yields.
The embodiments described in paragraphs a) to g) can be combined with each other in any way.
According to the invention, the object directed to a gas turbine solved by specifying a gas turbine with a gas turbine shovel according to one of the embodiments described above.
The advantages for such a gas turbine arise accordingly the above statements on the advantages of the gas turbine blade.
Preferably, the gas turbine blade is in the axial direction a flow channel of the gas turbine between two blades arranged, wherein the second ceramic cover extends in the axial direction just so far that they do not is striped by one of the blades. This will securely prevents the ceramic cover from passing through each here adjacent, rotating past her blades is damaged by rubbing.

The same reference numerals have in the various figures the same meaning.
Gasturbinenschaufeln 11, 13 thermisch sehr stark.
Gasturbine 1.
eingeleitet. Die erste Leitschaufel 11a ist Teil eines nicht
weiter dargestellten ersten Leitschaufelkranzes.
11b. Der zweiten Leitschaufel 11b folgt in Strömungsrichtung
des Heißgases 17 eine zweite Laufschaufel 13b.
Im Heißgaskanal 9 können noch weitere Schaufelstufen folgen. Figure 2 shows a section of a hot gas channel 9 a
Die erste Leitschaufel 11a ist über einen Befestigungsbereich
21a mit dem Gehäuse 8 der Gasturbine 1 verbunden. An den Befestigungsbereich
21a schließt sich ein Plattformbereich 22
mit einer Metallplattform 23a an. Die Metallplattform 23a
weist eine dem Heißgaskanal 9 zugewandte Oberfläche 25a auf.
Auf der Oberfläche 25a liegt eine keramische Abdeckung 27a
auf. Die Befestigung der keramischen Abdeckung 27a wird später
anhand von Figur 4 erläutert.The
In analoger Weise
11a ausgestaltet.The
Durch die keramischen Abdeckungen 27a, 27b, 47 werden die jeweils
darunterliegenden Metallplattformen 23a, 23b, 41 vor
dem Heißgas 17 geschützt. Die thermisch sehr beständigen keramischen
Abdeckungen 27 a, 27b, 47 müssen praktisch nicht
durch Kühlluft gekühlt werden. Auch für die Metallplattformen
23a, 23b, 41 entfällt weitgehend die Notwendigkeit einer Kühlung.
Hierdurch wird der Kühlluftbedarf für die Gasturbine 1
erheblich gesenkt.
Through the ceramic covers 27a, 27b, 47 are each
Verbund gehalten. Die beschädigte keramische Abdeckung
kann bei Gelegenheit ausgewechselt werden.The
Figur 3 zeigt eine Gasturbinenleitschaufel 11. Die Gasturbinenleitschaufel
11 entspricht der Gasturbinenleitschaufel 11b
aus Figur 2. Näher dargestellt ist der Aufbau der keramischen
Abedeckung 27. Diese besteht aus zwei Hälften 27d, 27s. Dabei
