  1.   2. Unlocking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the manoeuvre part (24) of the lever (22) is received in an opening (16) of the cover (10).
  3. Unlocking device according to claim 2, characterized in that the opening (16) is formed on the median part of its main face, and in that housings (18) are formed on parts (20) extending perpendicularly to the main face of the cover (10).
  4. Unlocking device according to claim 3, characterized in that the housings (18) are formed between openings (12) designed to co-operate with solidary pions of the frame allowing rotation of the cover (10) in relation to the frame and the slots (14) designed to receive the ends of the axis of a support and carrying roll of the paper delivered by the roll of paper.
  5. Unlocking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lever (22) includes a manoeuvre part (24), with a shape significantly complementary to that of the opening (16) of the cover (10), and in that it is provided with extensions (26) carrying rotation axes (28) to their free ends designed to fit into the housings (18) formed in the cover (10), and the abutments (30) designed to co-operate with the sides of the frame.
