Abstract
Description
- la résine déborde d'une première épaisseur latérale côté champignon et d'une seconde épaisseur latérale côté bavette, la première épaisseur côté champignon étant supérieure à la seconde épaisseur côté bavette ;
- la largeur de la surface de roulement de chaque rail et la première épaisseur latérale sont choisies pour que la table de roulement des roues déborde latéralement de la surface de roulement en surplomb de la résine côté champignon mais pas au-delà de la zone de résine,
- le champignon et la bavette s'étendent au moins partiellement en saillie à partir de l'engravure,
- l'âme est pourvue de deux surfaces latérales concaves, le patin s'étendant latéralement en saillie à partir de l'âme ;
- le support est constitué par une dalle de béton, chaque engravure étant délimitée par au moins un épaulement en saillie à partir de la surface supérieure de la dalle ;
- chaque épaulement porte au moins une cornière dressée à partir de la surface supérieure de l'épaulement et délimitant d'une part, conjointement avec le reste de l'engravure et avec une cornière correspondante, un réceptacle pour la résine de fixation et, d'autre part, une cloison de séparation pour un revêtement recouvrant la dalle de béton ;
- la dalle est pourvue d'un treillis métallique noyé dans le béton ;
- les cornières sont fixées sur la dalle ;
- la résine de fixation est constituée par une résine bi-composants chargée en liège ;
- la largeur de la surface de roulement est sensiblement égale à 56,2mm, la première épaisseur latérale de la résine de fixation côté champignon étant sensiblement égale à 50mm.
- la largeur totale de chaque rail est sensiblement égale à 130mm, et leur hauteur maximale est sensiblement égale à 85mm, la surface de la section du rail, en coupe transversale, étant sensiblement égale à environ 6400 mm2 ;
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale d'une portion de voie selon l'état de la technique, considérée au niveau de l'une des files de rails ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe d'une voie ferrée conforme à l'invention ;

Claims (13)
- Voie ferrée pour véhicule guidé, du type comprenant un support en béton (22 ; 50) et au moins une paire de files de rails (26, 28) à gorge solidaires du support, chaque rail étant au moins en partie inséré dans une engravure (30 ; 46) ménagée longitudinalement dans le support et étant noyé dans une résine (38) de fixation débordant latéralement de chaque côté du rail, chaque rail étant pourvu d'un patin (P) , d'une âme (A), d'un champignon (C) qui délimite une surface de roulement (R) et d'une bavette (B) qui délimite avec le champignon ladite gorge, le véhicule comprenant des roues roulant par une table de roulement sur la surface de roulement (R), caractérisé en ce que chaque rail présente une hauteur inférieure à 100 mm et une largeur supérieure à ladite hauteur.
- Voie ferrée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la résine déborde d'une première épaisseur latérale (e1) côté champignon (C) et d'une seconde épaisseur latérale (e2) côté bavette (B), la première épaisseur (e1) côté champignon étant supérieure à la seconde épaisseur (e2) côté bavette.
- Voie ferrée selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la surface de roulement (R) de chaque rail et la première épaisseur latérale (e1) sont choisies pour que la table de roulement des roues déborde latéralement de la surface de roulement (R) en surplomb de la résine côté champignon (C) mais pas au-delà de la zone de résine.
- Voie ferrée selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le champignon (C) et la bavette (B) s'étendent au moins partiellement en saillie à partir de l'engravure (30 ; 46).
- Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'âme est pourvue de deux surfaces latérales concaves, et en ce que le patin s'étend latéralement en saillie à partir de l'âme.
- Voie ferrée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le support est constitué par une dalle en béton (22 ; 50), et en ce que chaque engravure est formée par au moins un épaulement (32, 34 ; 48) en saillie à partir de la surface supérieure de la dalle.
- Voie ferrée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que chaque épaulement porte au moins une cornière (40, 42 ; 52) dressée à partir de la surface supérieure de l'épaulement et délimitant d'une part, conjointement avec le reste de l'engravure et avec une cornière correspondante, un réceptacle pour la résine de fixation et, d'autre part, une cloison de séparation pour un revêtement recouvrant la dalle de béton.
- Voie ferrée selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisée en ce que la dalle est pourvue d'un treillis métallique noyé dans le béton.
- Voie ferrée selon la revendication 8, dépendante de la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les cornières sont fixées sur la dalle.
- Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la résine de fixation est constituée par une résine bi-composants chargée en liège.
- Voie ferrée selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de la surface de roulement est sensiblement égale à 56,2mm, la première épaisseur latérale (e1) de la résine de fixation (38) côté champignon (C) étant sensiblement égale à 50mm.
- Voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la largeur totale de chaque rail (36) est sensiblement égale à 130mm, et leur hauteur maximale est sensiblement égale à 85mm, et en ce que la surface de la section du rail, en coupe transversale, est sensiblement égale à 6400 mm2.
- Appareil de voie, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une voie ferrée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12.
