Abstract

The ridge element (2) has a Cu sheet strip bent into a ridge tile shape, with its side surfaces (4) angled downwards, with a bent edge strip (13) at the bottom end of each side surface providing a moisture catchment channel (14), extending in the longitudinal direction. A capillary sheet (15) extends between the moisture catchment channel and the crown (8) of the ridge element, parallel to the side surface, for providing a capillary gap together with the side surface.
