Abstract

The flat or light structured shell of the roof element (1) forms on one longitudinal edge a connecting web (7) with an inwardly pointing sealing web (8), and on the other longitudinal edge (9) an inward curvature (10) with sealing element (11) adapted to the connecting web so that when covering a roof the sealing web of one roof element rests on the connecting web of the adjoining element which has a space from the inner edge of the curvature so that the connecting web of one element forms with the inward curvature of the adjoining roof element a water drainage gully (14). Profiled marginal webs mean that when a roof is covered there is a positive interconnection.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Dachelemente gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to roof elements according to the preamble of claim 1.

VAW Vereinigte Aluminium-Werke AG "ALUFORM SYSTEME ALUTHERM" Info.-Nr. B 727 bekannt.Such roof elements are already from the brochure of the company Haironville Profilvertrieb GmbH "Sandwich elements" as well as from the Brochure from VAW Vereinigte Aluminum-Werke AG "ALUFORM SYSTEMS ALUTHERM "Info No. B 727 known.

When creating profile roofs, in particular Trapezoidal profile roofs are known from DE 196 37 673 C1 Sandwich elements of the generic type with the flat or slightly structured inner shell on a substructure laid. The outer shell of the sandwich elements consists of one Trapezoidal sheet metal. There are also sandwich elements on the market with a flat or slightly structured inner shell and an undulating outer shell. The sandwich elements are due to their inexpensive manufacture and largely independent of the weather, increasingly in Industrial and commercial building construction used.

The disadvantages of the known sandwich elements with one an outer shell consisting of a profiled sheet can be seen in it that connections for example for skylights and Smoke extraction systems in the outer shell difficult to manufacture and that there is rainwater on sloping roofs for example on the side facing the ridge of one Skylight dome in the water drainage channels between the ribs or beads of the profiled outer shell are formed, jams.

The invention is based on the object To develop sandwich element of the generic type, which for Create both profile roofs and flat roofs can be used.

This object is achieved by a Roof element with the features of claim 1.

The sub-claims contain advantageous and expedient Developments of the invention.

The sandwich element according to the invention can accordingly respective roof type with the flat or slightly structured Shell or the profiled shell as an outer shell on a Substructure to be laid. To form a Longitudinal butt joint is the one roof element with a Longitudinal edge area from above onto the adjusted longitudinal edge area of the adjacent roof element with the formation of a butt joint put on a seal. This type of assembly is much easier than with the known sandwich elements, that have to be pushed together.
