Claims (15)
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques, notamment d'acides nucléiques, à partir de plusieurs échantillons distincts, comportant un rotor (11) supportant des tubes pendulaires (1), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens pour modifier la position angulaire des tubes (1) dans le plan radial du rotor (11) indépendamment de la force centrifuge, afin de permettre de provoquer un basculement desdits tubes (1) jusqu'à un renversement complet desdits tubes (1).
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une butée mobile (2) pour provoquer le basculement du tube placé sur l'axe de déplacement de ladite butée mobile.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la butée (2) est formé par une plaquette inclinée mobile selon un axe radial (3) incliné par rapport à un axe horizontal.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que la butée (2) est formée par une couronne mobile venant en contact avec les tubes (1) ou nacelles.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les tubes (1) ou nacelles supportant les tubes (1) présentent à leur surface inférieure un téton (13) pouvant se positionner dans une fente prévue sur un plateau (16) mobile, afin de provoquer un basculement oscillant des tubes (1).
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les tubes (1) ou nacelles supportant les tubes (1) sont mobiles en rotation de 180° environ entre une position verticale et une position renversée.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le rotor (11) est fermé par un couvercle traversé par des buses pour déposer des réactifs dans un tube au moins.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un réceptacle annulaire pour recevoir les liquides déversés par les tubes (1) lors de leur basculement.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un organe pour l'actionnement des bouchons fermant les tubes (1) en vue de leur bouchage ou débouchage.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il présente des moyens de thermorégulation.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une caméra pour l'acquisition d'une image d'un tube (1).
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que chaque tube (1) ou nacelle supportant un tube est muni à sa partie inférieure d'un téton (13) formant un organe de guidage apte à coopérer avec une rainure (15) formée dans un plateau (16).
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le centre de déplacement (17) du plateau (16) est décalé par rapport à l'axe de rotation (18) du rotor (11).
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (14) présente la forme d'une courbe fermée dont le rayon varie périodiquement, par exemple de façon sensiblement sinusoïdale.
- Equipement pour l'extraction automatique de composants biologiques selon la revendication 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (16) est mobile en translation selon l'axe (18) du rotor (11).
