Abstract

First the column (1), on the upper part supporting the electric motor reducer group (2), is placed on the base (3) screwing into the central inside threaded hole (4) of the said base the axial thraded support (5) and then blocking on the upper position with a lock nut (6) and in the lower position with the lock nut (7). Then on the motor reducer (2) a ferrule (8) is placed to support a thrust bearing (9) blocking with a traction flange (10) and then fixing with a blocking screw (11). On feeder (12) a low voltage transformer (13) is mounted using a satety valve (14) and a microswitch (15) to turn on a light (16). At the end the mobile part of the cylindrical coaxial means is placed formed by a supporting rotating part (17) with on the upper part the spaced out supports (18) for the disk-shaped shelves (19), all the components kept in position lowering by the lock nut (20) and on the upper part by the plug (21).

Description

  • The invention refers to a column mobile support for the exposition of different kinds of objects on transversal disk-shaped shelves. Said mobile support consists of a cylindrical set of coaxial parts forming inside a fixed structure axially supporting on the upper end an electric motor for moving a mobile outside part so permitting a condition of reduction of the friction. Whereas for the use is to be considered characteristic of the invented means to be mounted in position, or to be dismounted, by the ordinary operator only acting with essential working phases to be gathered by the mounting instructions and to be made in mnemonic way. Other feature of the apparatus is to have a lighting on level in a variable position ing by means of a diffuser that determines particular light effect in consideration of the exposed objects. For the mounting of the exhibiting means as a first step the column 1, on the upper part supporting the electric motor reducer group 2, is placed on the base 3 screwing into the central inside threaded hole 4 of the said base the axial threaded support 5 and then blocking on then upper position with a lock nut 6 and in the lower position with the lock nut 7. Then on the motor reducer 2 a ferrule 8 is placed to support a thrust bearing 9 blocking with a traction fl-ange 10 and then fixing with a blocking screw 11. On feeder 12 a low voltage transformer 13 is mounted using a safety valve 14 and a microswitch 15 to turn on a light 16. At the last the mobile part of the cylindrical coaxial means is placed. Said mobile part formed by a supporting rotating part 17 with on the upper part the spaced out supports 18 for the disk-shaped shelves 19. All the components kept in position lowering by the lock nut 20 and on the upper part by the plug 21. Operating system and assembly phase are illustrated in the drawings of sheet 1 in which the direction line shows the connection method. In sheet 2 the invented means is illustrated during its use. In particular in sheet 1 figure 1 is view of the parts of the fixed structure and of the parts of the mobile structure and the axial disposition of the parts is illustrated together with the coaxial disposition of the other parts. In sheet 2 fig. 2 is lateral view of the means mounted to be used. Fig. 3 is top view of the same.

Claims (1)

  1. Rotating exhibiting means consisting of a cylindrical set of coaxial parts with inside a fixed axial structure, characterized in that:
    the column (1), on the upper part supporting the electric motor reducer group (2), is placed on the base (3) screwing into the central inside threaded hole (4) of the said base the axial threaded support (5) and then blocking on the upper position with a lock nut (6) and in the lower position with the lock nut (7);
    then on the motor reducer (2) a ferrule (8) is placed to support a thrust bearing (9) blocking with a traction flange (10) and then fixing with a blocking screw (11);
    on feeder (12) a low voltage transformer (13) is mounted using a safety valve (14) and a microswitch (15) to turn on a light (16);
    at the last the mobile part of the cylindrical coaxial means is placed formed by a supporting rotating part (17) with on the upper part the spaced out supports (18) for the disk-shaped shelves (19), all the components kept in position lowering by the lock nut (20) and on the upper part by the plug (21).
