According to a basic characteristic of the invention, the safety device comprises means mounted on the support plate (1) and able to be positioned automatically above the head (4a) of the hook (2) after its engagement on the squared branch (5), in order to avoid any untimely and involuntary lifting of the head (4a) in the closed position.
In the illustrated embodiment, the locking and safety means consist of a lever (6) mounted with articulation capacity in a yoke (1a) formed at the upper end, in particular of the support plate (1). The lever (6) is articulated by means of a transverse axis (7) against an elastic return member in the form for example of a pin spring (8).
The pin spring (8) is determined so as to angularly position the lever (6) above the hooking head (4a) after its engagement on the squared part of the branch (5) in order to prevent any lifting of said head and therefore of the hook assembly (2). The lever (6) has, at one of its ends, a digital support part (6a) capable of allowing angular tilting of the lever against the return spring (8) in order to release, from a correspondingly, the head (4a) of the hook (2) housed on the squared end (5a) of the branch (5).
This digital support part (6a) is for example constituted by a branch formed in the extension of the upper end of the lever (1) at its articulation, in a substantially perpendicular manner. This digital support branch (6a) is oriented towards the outside to allow, under the effect of a digital support, the angular tilting of the lever (6) according to the arrow (F) against the spring recall (7).

Dispositif de sécurité pour crochets de volet, destiné à être monté entre une partie fixe d'une fenêtre et le volet en tant que tel, l'une des extrémités des crochets (2) étant articulée audit volet, tandis que l'autre extrémité est agencée en (4a) pour être engagée sur l'extrémité (5a) d'une branche équerrée (5) que présente une platine support (1) fixée dans ladite partie fixe de la fenêtre, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend : un levier (6) monté avec capacité d'articulation à l'encontre d'un organe élastique de rappel (8), dans une chape (1a) que présente la platine support (1) ; le levier (6) est apte à être positionné au-dessus de l'extrémité (4a) des crochets (2) après son engagement sur la branche équerrée (Sa) pour lui éviter d'être soulevée ; le levier (6) est agencé pour être escamoté temporairement, d'une part, sous une action manuelle, en vue de libérer à volonté ladite extrémité (4a) et, d'autre part, automatiquement sous l'effet de l'introduction de ladite extrémité (4a) ; la platine support présente deux branches équerrées (5) disposées côte à côte, en formant une fourche pour le positionnement de deux crochets distincts, l'extrémité du levier (6), opposée à son articulation, présente une base d'appui (6b) symétrique coopérant simultanément avec les deux extrémités (4a) du crochet engagées sur les branches (5) de la fourche.
