Claims (11)

  1. Zentrifugalpumpe, die einen zylindrischen Körper (10), der eine Vielzahl von Stufen mit Diffusoren (15), die fest mit dem zylindrischen Körper gekoppelt sind, und Pumpenräder (16) enthält, die fest mit einer motorisierten Welle (17) gekoppelt sind, und einen Einlasskopf (11) aufweist, der einem Auslasskopf (12) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrischen Körper (10) durch ein Segment eines Metallrohrs gebildet ist, die Diffusoren (15) und Pumpenräder (16) durch Schneiden, Stanzen und Schweißen eines Metallbleches erhalten sind, und die Köpfe (11, 12) durch Präzisionsgießen erhalten sind, wobei das Koppeln durch Einsätze (27) zustande kommt, die zwischen dem zylindrischen Körper (10) und zumindest einem der Köpfe (11, 12) wirken und in Sacklöchern (28) in den Köpfen (11, 12) und in Durchgangslöchern (29) in dem zylindrischen Körper (10) angeordnet sind, wobei die Einsätze (27) in Passsitzen durch Schrauben (31) festgehalten werden, die durch die Einsätze (27) hindurchgehen und mit den Köpfen (12) in Eingriff sind.
  2. Zentrifugalpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metallblech, aus dem die Diffusoren und Pumpenräder gebildet sind, ein korrosionsbeständiges Stahlblech ist.
  3. Zentrifugalpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlass- und Auslassköpfe durch Präzisionsgießen unter Verwendung von korrosionsbeständigem Stahl mit anschließendem Nachbearbeiten bereitgestellt sind.
  4. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Auslasskopf an dem zylindrischen Körper durch die Wirkung der Einsätze verriegelt ist, die durch justierte Löcher gehen, die in einer Wand des zylindrischen Körpers bei Sacklöchern vorgesehen sind, die den gleichen Querschnitt aufweisen und in dem Auslasskopf vorgesehen sind, wobei das Einsetzen der Einsätze eintritt, wenn der Auslasskopf in Richtung des Einlasskopfes gedrückt wird, um das Fluchten der in dem zylindrischen Körper und in den Köpfen gebildeten Löcher mit gleichzeitigen Verdichten der Diffusoren der einzelnen Stufen zu erhalten.
  5. Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einsätze durch eine Schraube in Position gehalten werden, die durch ein in den Einsatz vorgesehenes Loch hindurchgeht und mit einem mit Gewinde versehenen Loch eingreift, dass in dem Kopf vorgesehen ist.
  6. Pumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in dem Einsatz vorgesehene Durchgangsloch einen größeren Durchmesser als der Schraubenschaft aufweist, mit dem es nicht zusammenwirkt, wobei das Loch in dem Einsatz ein Innengewinde aufweist.
  7. Pumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Zerlegen des Kopfes eine Schraube in dem mit Gewinde versehenen Loch in dem Einsatz eingefügt wird, wobei das Schrauben der Schraube die Extraktion des Einsatzes aus dem Sackloch des Kopfes bewirkt in dem diese untergebracht ist.
  8. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Förderkammer für das gepumpte Fluid in dem Auslasskopf vorgesehen und mit dem Diffusor der letzten Stufe der Pumpe verbunden ist.
  9. Pumpe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderkammer ein Prüfventil mit einem Flusssteuerelement enthält, dass eine Dichtung mit einem ringförmigen Passsitz bildet, der in dem Kopf durch Nachbearbeiten nach dem Präzisionsgießen bereitgestellt wird, wobei der Passsitz einen O-Ring enthält.
  10. Pumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flusssteuerelement des Prüfventils durch Schneiden und Stanzen eines Metallbleches bereitgestellt ist.
  11. Pumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flusssteuerelement wie eine Kuppel geformt ist, die einen zylindrischen Bereich aufweist, der axial gleiten kann und durch Vorsprünge geführt ist, die in einem inneren Bereich der Förderkammer vorgesehen sind.
