Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a plastically deformable material web, which is a plastically modelable grid and at least one plastically deformable covering material layer comprising the Grid is connected.
For covering, for example, in the steep roof area of a building such material, in particular a plastically deformable Bitumen membrane, required in the form of sheets, arches or strips, the space between bitumen shingles or - and a component that protrudes from the roof surface such as Chimney, skylight, an exhaust pipe or also between ridge, Complete ridge or the like. The following applies in the flat roof area this equally for the connection to the parapet and for the components protruding from the roof surface such as skylights, chimney, Extractors etc.
Such sealing sheets can also be outside the roof area for led out connections for energy supply, water pipes, Sewage or other connections are used.
These applications are essentially based on one flat surface or straight edge the transition to a three-dimensional Completely waterproof surface, so that Sealing tape can be stretched and plastic in both directions at the same time must be conformable.
Plastically deformable bitumen sheets with a grid as Reinforcing insert are for example from DE-OS 2 225 358, US 4,219,603 or US 4,368,228. A problem with the known Bitumen sheeting is the flow of the bituminous mass at high temperatures on the one hand and becoming brittle To avoid frost. In addition, the known railways have one poor stretching ability and thus poor conformability double curved surfaces.
The object of the invention is a plastically deformable material web to create the spherically curved components can be and dimensional stability even at high temperatures guaranteed.
beschrieben. This object is achieved with a plastically deformable
Material web solved, as characterized by
The invention proposes to connect the covering material layer like a bitumen layer with a grid as reinforcement on this grid a thin creped one Glue nonwoven or a thin foam sheet or thermally aufzukaschieren. This composite material made of grid and creped fleece or thin foam sheet is covered with bitumen, Wax, hot melt adhesive, synthetic rubber or the like impregnated or with dispersions, varnishes or similar coated, painted or impregnated. For example, the composite material drawn through a bitumen bath and onto a silicone foil or silicone paper rolled up after the top with a bitumen compatible Acrylate was coated.
The use of the creped is crucial for the invention Nonwoven or the thin foam sheet on one side or on both sides of the grid. Without this nonwoven or without this foam sheet, for example, the bitumen detach from the grid because of the cold flow.
For a bitumen sheet with higher plastic deformability, an expanded metal mesh, preferably an Al expanded metal mesh with high extensibility in both directions, is proposed as the carrier material, for example an expanded metal mesh according to DE 199 10 312.7, which consists of a network of mesh webs and mesh nodes, with individual mesh nodes as predetermined breaking points are trained. A very light, open-pore polyester foam is first laminated onto the expanded metal as the carrier material. The lamination is done by briefly flaming and then rolling on, whereby the flamed foam side is melted and glued to the metal. This foam has a very high temperature resistance (approx. 200 ° C, briefly up to 270 ° C), so that it is not destroyed by the hot bitumen (approx. 160 ° C) that is subsequently applied. The open-pore polyester foam preferably has a density of approx. 30 kg / m 3 and is approx. 1.5 mm thick for a bitumen waterproofing membrane, ie the foam weight is only 45 g / m 2 . This means extremely low material costs.
The expanded metal guarantees the dimensional stability and the Foam prevents the bitumen from sagging, even at high levels Temperatures.
The present invention also includes a ridge ventilation element, that from two side areas and one between the lateral areas lying central area. The Both side areas consist of a material web according to an embodiment of the present invention. The middle one The area consists of a plastically modelable grid and a layer of thin creped on it Fleece or foam. The corresponding ones are advantageous Layers of grid and foam in the lateral areas and the central area consistently, so in one piece. Preferably, the side Areas with a width of 5 to 15 cm, particularly preferred between 6 and 8 cm. The middle area is therefore permeable to air designed and allows sufficient in this way Ventilation of the ridge. The foam sheet is in this embodiment of the present invention preferably hydrophobic designed, making the middle area impermeable for rain and snow.

- a
bitumen layer 2, approx. 0.7 mm with a bitumen-compatible acrylate coating 1, which removes the stickiness of the surface, - a very thin,
creped fleece 3 that can be easily stretched, - an Al expanded metal grid, for example with predetermined breaking points at individual grid nodes,
- again a very thin,
creped fleece 5, which can be easily stretched, and - a
bitumen layer 6 as above, without coating, but on the underside with aremovable silicone film 7.
The use of the creped nonwoven on both sides of the Al-lattice ensures that the bitumen is freezing due to the cold River does not separate from the Al grid.
abziehbaren Schutzstreifen 7' abgedeckt.Figure 2 shows a second embodiment of a plastic
deformable bitumen sheet, in which a expanded mesh 4 '
thin foam sheet 3 'glued or thermally laminated
is. A
umschlossene Volumens besteht also aus Luft.
mit der Acryldispersion darstellt.FIG. 3 shows a further preferred embodiment according to the present invention, in which a 1.0 to 1.5 mm
Figure 4 shows in cross section a ridge ventilation element, which in
the areas I and II a plastically deformable material web
as shown in Figure 3. In area III there is
the ridge ventilation element only from the
Instead of a bitumen layer or a plastic adhesive can, for example, hot melt lamination in all exemplary embodiments on the composite material of expanded metal and Fleece or expanded metal and foam may be applied.
Likewise, a thermal on the underside of such webs activatable layer, e.g. a hot melt film is applied, so that the sheets are also welded or thermally to the can be connected to the respective subsurface.
There is also the option of the bitumen sheets on the underside to cover with a protective layer before laying does not have to be deducted, but removed by flaming can be, so that a quick installation is possible.
