  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the oscillating drive is a motor with an oscillating mass which is mounted eccentrically with respect to the drive shaft.
  3. Device according to either of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the motor is an electric motor.
  4. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the electrical energy is provided via a power supply unit which is connected to the motor by means of cables.
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the oscillating element is a plate which is provided with a roll-up surface.
  6. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the handle is a motor cover.
  7. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the handle is additionally formed by a glove-like cover over the motor cover.
  8. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the damping element between the handle and the oscillating plate is microcellular rubber.
  9. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the oscillating plate is skin-coated.
