- These friction means 14 consequently transmit to the walls 12 a reaction couple progressively greater and such to continuously counterbalance the weight force increase of the door and the optional panel during opening.

Claims (15)
- Dispositif de charnière contrebalancé permettant un mouvement vertical et frontal d'une porte, en particulier pour un lave - vaisselle, incluant un moyen de liaison (1) relié à un moyen de fixation (10) du lave - vaisselle et un moyen de support (2) auquel la porte est reliée, ledit dispositif de charnière incluant une coulisse (4) pivotant sur le moyen de liaison (1) et reliée de manière rotative au moyen de support (2), un premier arbre (6) pivotant sur le moyen de liaison (1) et relié de manière rotative au moyen de support (2) et un moyen d'équilibrage (11) relié au moyen de fixation (10) et au moyen de support (2), ledit dispositif de charnière étant caractérisé en ce qu'il inclut :des moyens formant came (15) relié de manière rotative au moyen d'équilibrage (11) et aux éléments articulés (8), ces derniers étant reliés au moyen de support (2) ;des moyens de frottement (14) reliés aux moyens formant came (15) et ajustés pour engager par frottement le moyen de liaison (1), ce qui permet de contrebalancer la porte en fonction de son passage d'un état de fermeture (C) à un état d'ouverture (A) et réciproquement ;lesdits moyens formant came (15) étant soumis à au moins un couple rotatif de forces opposées et désalignées, respectivement du moyen d'équilibrage (11) et des éléments articulés (8), de façon à exercer les forces de frottement des moyens de frottement (14) sur ledit moyen de liaison (1) pour contribuer à contrebalancer la porte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments articulés (8) incluent :une tige de liaison (20) dont une extrémité est reliée de manière rotative au moyen de support (2) et l'extrémité restante est reliée à la première extrémité d'un levier basculant (21), articulé au moyen de liaison (1) ;un deuxième bras (22) dont les extrémités sont respectivement reliées de manière rotative à la deuxième extrémité du levier basculant (21) et aux moyens formant came (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens formant came (15) incluent une plaque ayant presque une forme de quadrilatère dont deux sommets opposés sont reliés au moyen d'équilibrage (11) et au deuxième bras (22) et dont les deux sommets restants sont reliés de manière rotative aux moyens de frottement (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de frottement (14) sont constitués d'un couple de patins (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de frottement (14) sont constitués d'un couple de rouleaux fous (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (1) inclut au moins une paroi (12) sur laquelle les moyens de frottement opèrent (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (12) a au moins son extrémité longitudinale libre qui est repliée vers l'intérieur du moyen de support (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (1) inclut deux parois (12) opposées et parallèles.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison (1) inclut deux parois (12) opposées et convergentes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (12) qui est la plus éloignée du moyen de support (2) est inclinée vers le pivot (5) et la paroi (12) qui est la plus proche du moyen de support (12) est presque parallèle à ce dernier en correspondance avec l'état de fermeture (C).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens formant came (15) sont soumis au couple de rotation de forces opposées et désalignées de 1 à 5 millimètres, en correspondance avec l'état de fermeture (C).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de frottement (14) sont constitués d'un matériau ayant un coefficient de frottement prédéterminé de façon à permettre un équilibrage en continu d'une porte de poids variant entre 6 et 14 kilogrammes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'équilibrage (11) est constitué par un ressort (13) agissant en compression ou en extension.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un moyen de glissement (24) interposé entre le moyen de liaison (1) et le moyen de support (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de support (2) fournit un moyen de butée (26) agencé pour interagir avec un moyen de blocage (25) du moyen de liaison (1) en correspondance avec l'état d'ouverture (A).
