Description
- The invention herein proposed consists of means for mounting and tensioning dismountable fencing, from among the different means of tensioning meshes, either of plastic or metal. The invention also comprises a method of mounting and tensioning dismountable fencing.
- This invention is characterised by a special articulated construction with two feet on which the posts will be mounted, with the aim of regulating their inclination, as well as being characterised by the tangential fastening of the mesh to the post, which is tensioned by rotation thereof, as well as a later re-tensioning, by means of some small adjoining parallel sections joined by a tensioning element.
- The continuous enclosure fences have the main drawback that the terrain over which they pass to form the enclosure is often irregular. The means habitually used for tensioning of these enclosures, those of the mesh type made from plastic, have the drawback of adapting to the irregular arrangement of the posts and the irremediable hoisting of certain areas of intermediate zone between posts.
- The prior art does not show the existence of means for enclosure, based on feet of a head with a spherical section and tensioning by means of rotating the post as well as subsequent peripheral re-tensioning, with the simple construction and ease of assembly and disassembly of the means that is herein proposed.
- [0004a] It is know from the State of the art, some fencing methods as the one disclosed in US 3111303, where although is considered the flexible fencing material as being conveniently tensioned, it lacks of any means, firstly for positioning vertically the post, furtherly for tensioning the mesh by rotation of the posts, and finally any means for re-tensioning by means of parallel sections. So the aim of the present invention is to provide a dismountable fencing which offers the above mentioned possibilities in order to obtain a fencing wherein all the posts are vertically positioned, the mesh in tensioned by rotation of the posts and finally is re-tensioned other additional means.
- [0004b] It is also know from the State of the art a fence post and a method of tightening a fence according to what has been disclosed in US 3508741 basically based on providing to the tubes used in the construction of the fence a line of holes through which pass through the horizontal wires of the mesh, and an internal drilled rod provided with coincident holes through which are passed the horizontal wires ai' the fence, being based the means for tensioning the fence in the rotation of the internal rod. This means additionally to be much morse complex in its use and in its manufacture lacks of the possibility of a later re-tensioning means, being this the main object of our invention.
- The invention object of the present specification relates to some means for tensioning dismountable fences, from among those different means of tensioning continuous fences, preferably made from simple or composite plastic materials, although other realisations in metal or graphite fibre are not discarded.
- This invention is characterised by a special articulated construction of feet anchored to the ground by means of a conventional system, either with expansion studs or by means of a stake that, after dismantling of the enclosure, can be covered with a conventional cap so that it can be reused in the future.
- These feet, over which the posts will be mounted with the aim of regulating the inclination thereof, have a lower base that has a central hole drilled in them to allow a threaded shaft to pass and which has the form of a spherical cap, with respect to which another one can slide concentrically to the inner section of the foot itself, which connects with a short tubular piece, equipped with an upper drilled cap and which has, over the edge of joining between both sections, a spherical and tubular cap, of two projections, near to each other and next to the generating function of the tubular section.
- These projections are arranged antagonistic to a peripheral mortise of the extruded tube that forms the post, with an upper cover and with a slightly oval-shaped section and with an inner projection in the form of a half moon that serves, alternatively, as a stop and as a fastening point between the bar and foot projections.
- The fastening tangential to the post is also characterised by a passer or a small upper rod that is inserted into one of the semi-mortises of the bar, before locating the cover of the post and introducing them until they come up against the ends of the projections of the foot, in upper vertical continuity thereof, by which means it is fastened to the mesh.
- The operation should be carried out with each post facing the previous one, such that the tensioning takes place by rotation by 90° thereof, trying to line-up the respective mortises.
- Similarly, it has some means for subsequent re-tensioning, by means of two small sections, in rods of circular section and placed parallel and next to the edges of the mortise, which are joined between themselves and, in turn, have elements that pass through suitable gaps in the mesh, by means of a tensioning element, constructed as a strip with one of its two ends passing through the other, such that the intermediate enclaves between posts disappear.
- To complement the description that is being carried out here and with the aim of facilitating a better and easier understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the present specification is accompanied as an integral part thereof, by a set of drawings in which, for illustrative purposes only and never limiting, the following has been represented:
- Figure 1 is an expanded view of the different elements that make up the invention, some of them being shown as sections.
- Figure 2 shows the way of constructing the enclosure, with a fixed post and the consecutive facing off and preparation for rotation and initial tensioning.
- Figure 3 is a section of the post, showing the final re-tensioning means, once this post has been aligned with the previous one.
- In view of that discussed above, the present invention relates to some means for tensioning dismountable fencing, from among the different means for tensioning continuous fencing, preferable of plastic, essentially characterised because the feet, anchored with expansion studs or stakes (2) have a lower base (1) in the form of a centrally drilled spherical shell, through which a threaded rod (3) passes, with respect to which the antagonistic shell (4.1) of the foot itself (4) slides, followed by a short tubular section (4.2) and an upper cap (5) with an axial hole (5.1) drilled in it, with two paired projections (4.3) placed between the shell (4.1) and the tubular section (4.2), antagonistic to the two mortises (6.1) beside the post (6), which has an internal projection (6.2) in the circular sector and an upper cover (7), with an intermediate projection (6.3) arising from between the mortises (6.1), for mutual fastening between the post (6) and the foot (4).
- A passing piece (8) is inserted into one of the semi-mortises of the post (6) until it reaches the level of the paired projections (4.3) that fasten the mesh (9) to the post (6), one of which acts as the lower stop of the projection (6.2) when inserting the post (6) with a rotation of less than 60° with respect to its final position, the tensioning taking place after rotation of the post (6) through this number of degrees, with the consequent suppression of the stop against the projection (4.3) and finishing when this reaches its lower position, on the edge formed between the shell (4.1) and the short tubular section (4.2) of the foot (4).
- The re-tensioning is made possible by the two rods (10) parallel and next to the ends of the mortise (6.1), in conjunction with a tensioning element (11), with a band with one of its ends arranged passing through the other and passing through the rods (10), post (6) and gaps (9.1) in the mesh (9).
