Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, mit dessen Hilfe gesundheits- und umweltverträgliche Formteile mit einer Dichte von 0,15 g/cm3 bis 0,40g/cm3 auf der Basis von natürlichen Faser- oder Pflanzenmaterialien hergestellt werden können. Das Verfahren sieht vor, daß Faser- oder Pflanzenmaterial, das aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen gewonnen wird und ein Bindemittel, das im wesentlichen Tannin aufweist, vermischt werden, daß die erhaltene Mischung in einer perforierten Form verdichtet wird und daß die in der perforierten Form befindliche Mischung mit einem erwärmten Gas beaufschlagt wird.
