Claims (5)

  1. Unité d'affûtage (11) équipée d'un dispositif de compensation d'usure du disque pour une machine à découper les mandrins ou rondins, dans laquelle la machine à découper est pourvue d'au moins une tête de découpe (15) portant un disque de découpe (12) à moteur qui découpe transversalement, en rouleaux, les mandrins ou rondins (13) placés sur une surface d'alimentation (14), la tête (15) étant montée sur un bras rotatif (20) par rapport à un arbre central (17) positionné sur un élément transversal (16) qui peut être élevé et/ou abaissé par rapport à la surface d'alimentation (14), cette unité d'affûtage (11) étant montée coaxialement à l'arbre central (17), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un premier levier (37), articulé sur l'arbre central (17) et monté sur un arbre secondaire (38) coaxial à elle (11), relié, au moyen d'un joint articulé (32) à un chariot (31) coulissant par rapport à un deuxième levier (28) qui tourne autour d'un axe de rotation (27) du disque de découpe (12), ce chariot (31) portant au moins une meule (33) pour affûter le disque de découpe (12), l'arbre central (17) et l'arbre secondaire (38) étant reliés par des éléments (40) à mouvement synchronisés.
  2. Unité d'affûtage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (31) présente une plaque de support (32), ne formant qu'une seule pièce avec lui, portant deux meules (33), dont chacune présente un axe (X) incliné dans la direction opposée, permettant ainsi une interaction, à partir de côtés opposés, avec l'arête de coupe (35) du disque de découpe (12).
  3. Unité d'affûtage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le joint articulé est un joint à rotule (32).
  4. Unité d'affûtage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bras rotatif (20) porte deux têtes de découpe (15) positionnées de façon diamétralement opposée l'une à l'autre, et en ce que chacune de ces têtes (15) est équipée d'un premier levier (37) respectif qui peut tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (27) respectif de chaque disque de découpe (12).
  5. Unité d'affûtage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments à mouvement synchronisé sont constitués par un dispositif de synchronisation angulaire (40).
