Claims (22)
- Dispositif (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution sur un support (S), d'un produit, notamment d'un parfum, comprenant : a) un organe de distribution (21), relié à un récipient (23) contenant ledit produit, et couplé à au moins un orifice (27) pour la sortie du produit, en regard duquel (ou desquels) une partie au moins du support (S) peut être positionnée ; b) un élément d'actionnement manuel (30) de l'organe de distribution (21) ; et c) des moyens de verrouillage (40) aptes à passer d'une première position dans laquelle l'organe de distribution (21) ne peut être actionné à une seconde position dans laquelle l'organe de distribution (21) peut être actionné, lesdits moyens de verrouillage (40) passant de la première position à la seconde lors du positionnement du support (S) par rapport à (ou aux) orifice(s) de sortie du produit (27).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen, notamment sous forme d'une platine (6), pour recevoir le support (S) en vue de son positionnement par rapport à (ou aux) orifice(s) de sortie (27).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le positionnement du support (S) par rapport à (ou aux) orifice(s) de sortie du produit (27), s'effectue par un déplacement, notamment en translation, du support (S) par rapport audit moyen de réception (6) du support.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) destiné à recevoir le support (S) fait office d'élément d'actionnement (30).
- Dispositif (1) selon les revendications 3 et 4 caractérisé en ce que l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution (21) résulte d'une force exercée sur l'élément d'actionnement (30), sensiblement dans l'axe (A) du déplacement du support (S) par rapport au moyen de réception (6) du support.
- Dispositif (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5 caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de réception (6) du support (S) comprend des moyens (8, 9) aptes à guider le support (S) en translation.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6 caractérisé en ce que des moyens formant butée (50) sont prévus pour limiter le déplacement du support (S) par rapport audit moyen de réception (6).
- Dispositif (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage (40) sont constitués d'un verrou (41) avec lequel une tête de distribution (25) comportant ledit (ou lesdits) orifice(s) de sortie (27), vient en engagement lorsque les moyens de verrouillage (40) sont dans la première position, de manière à empêcher l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution (21), ledit verrou (41) étant couplé à un doigt (43) avec lequel le support (S) vient en engagement lors de son positionnement par rapport à (ou aux) orifice(s) de sortie (27), ladite mise en engagement provoquant un mouvement dudit verrou (41 ) et le passage des moyens de verrouillage (40) dans ladite seconde position.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que le mouvement dudit verrou (41 ) est un mouvement de pivot autour d'un axe (X).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que ledit axe (X) est perpendiculaire à un axe (Y) de l'organe de distribution (21).
- Dispositif (1 ) selon les revendications 2 et 9 ou 10 caractérisé en ce que ledit axe (X) est perpendiculaire à un axe (A) du déplacement du support (S) par rapport au moyen de réception (6).
- Dispositif (1 ) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11 caractérisé en ce que ledit axe (X) est sensiblement à la même hauteur que la portion (42) de la tête de distribution (25) qui vient en engagement avec le verrou (41) lorsque les moyens de verrouillage (40) sont dans la première position.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12 caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage (40), reviennent automatiquement dans ladite première position par gravité, lorsque le support (S) cesse d'être en engagement avec les moyens de verrouillage (40).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution (21) se fait par déplacement axial d'un élément (24) de l'organe de distribution, notamment d'une tige de pompe, le long d'un axe (Y) de l'organe de distribution (21).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (30) est mobile en pivot autour d'un axe (Z) perpendiculaire à l'axe (Y) de l'organe de distribution (21).
- Dispositif (1) selon les revendications 2 et 14 ou 15 caractérisé en ce que ledit axe (Z) est perpendiculaire à un axe (A) du déplacement du support (S) par rapport au moyen de réception (6).
- Dispositif (1 ) selon la revendication 15 ou 16 caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (30), lors de son mouvement de pivot autour de l'axe (Z), vient en engagement avec une surface d'appui (33) de la tête de distribution, la mise en engagement de l'élément d'actionnement (30) et de ladite surface d'appui (33) de la tête de distribution (25) se faisant via une portion, de profil notamment sphérique (32), cylindrique, ou conique, formée par la surface d'appui et/ou par l'élément d'actionnement.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 17 caractérisé en ce que des moyens (34) sont prévus pour assurer une position fixe en rotation autour de son axe (Y) de la tête de distribution (25).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 18 caractérisé en ce que l'organe de distribution du produit (21), le moyen de réception (6) du support (S), l'élément d'actionnement (30) de l'organe de distribution, et les moyens de verrouillage (40) sont contenus à l'intérieur d'une enceinte (3) un passage (4) traversant une paroi (2) de ladite enceinte de manière à pouvoir positionner le support (S) par rapport à (ou aux) orifice(s) de sortie du produit (27), ledit élément d'actionnement (30) étant accessible depuis l'extérieur de l'enceinte.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 19 caractérisé en ce que le moyen de réception (6) émerge au moins en partie de ladite enceinte (3) via ledit passage (4), de manière à permettre l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution (21) en réponse à une pression exercée sur ledit moyen de réception (6).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 19 ou 20 caractérisé en ce que l'organe de distribution (21) est couplé au récipient (23) via un conduit (22) dont une première extrémité est disposée à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (3), une seconde extrémité du conduit (22) étant située en dehors de l'enceinte (3) et reliée audit récipient (23).
- Utilisation d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit cosmétique, notamment un produit parfumant.
