Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a ski boot alpine whose lower part includes, at the front and / or at the rear, a sidewalk of standard height intended for holding the boot on a ski by a front fixing means and fixing means back.
US 5,214,865.Modern alpine ski boots are generally equipped with front and rear plates support reported and fixed to the lower part of the shoe by means of screws, for example as described in US Patent 5,214,865.
Modern skis, known by the name "carving", that is to say skis whose sides are curved more or less strongly, so that they widening from the middle forward and towards rear, allow easy turns of regular curvature. When taking edge, the legs are relatively steep laterally, so that the shoes, held by conventional fasteners attached directly to the ski, tend to touch the snow and therefore destabilize the skier. For to overcome this drawback, it is known to mount ski binding on a plate elevation. Such a plate is described for example in patent application EP 0 908 203. This plate heightening, however, increases the weight of the ski and to interfere with the natural work of the ski in flexion and torsion.
The invention aims to allow the elevation of the shoe compared to the ski without the use of heightening plate.
The invention also aims to allow raise the heel alone to increase the advancement of the shoe and, therefore, the leg.
The ski boot according to the invention is characterized in that the sidewalks are made up, on a part of their height, of an irremovable part from the bottom of the shoe and, on the rest of the height, at the user's choice, of one removable insert which can be fixed under the part irremovably secured to the lower part of the shoe or a removable insert that can be fixed on the top of the irremovable part of the lower part of the shoe.
The lower part of the shoe can be, for example, part of the shell or sole reported.
From US patent 6,065,228 (EP 0 933 034), we know a ski boot fitted with removable pads and interchangeable at the front and rear so that allow to adapt the sole of the shoe to different fixing standards, for example in Alpine ski, snowboard or cross country bindings hiking. An elevation of the shoe used with a standard alpine ski binding is not possible.
When the shoe according to the invention is used with the attachments attached under the parts of the sidewalks attached to the lower part of the shoe, the shoe is raised above the ski with a height equal to the thickness of the parts reported. The height of the sidewalks respects the maximum height authorized by standards. If the shoe is used with patches attached to the top of the sidewalk parts integral with the lower part of the shoe, the shoe is like a shoe conventional.
The modification of the shoe can be carried out without other by the user.
The material of the lower part of the shoe is generally the same as that of the hull of the shoe and this material is usually from polyurethane. However, the patches may be of a different material, or even multi-material complex, presenting in some areas have a better slip coefficient, which has to facilitate the release of the fixation in the event of a fall, and in other areas reinforced adhesion characteristics avoiding falls while walking.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, trois modes d'exécution de l'invention. The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, three modes of carrying out the invention.
Figure 1 shows the installation of a part reported on the sidewalk of the front part of a shoe according to a first embodiment.
Figure 2 shows separately, in plan, the part of the front sidewalk secured to the lower part of the shoe and the two pieces that can be brought back on this front part.
Figure 3 shows the installation of the part reported under the sidewalk of the front part of the shoe.
Figure 4 is a plan view of a second mode of the insert intended to be fixed under the front of the shoe.
Figure 8 is a plan view, from below, of a second embodiment of the part intended to be fixed on the irremovable part before the part bottom of the shoe.
Figure 11 is a plan view of a third mode of the insert intended to be fixed under the front of the shoe.
In Figure 1, we recognize a
The
At
The rear sidewalk of the shoe is made of same way as the front sidewalk and it can be raised alone to give further progress to the shoe.
Positioning by studs and holes could be replaced by any other means of positioning appropriate.
supérieure de la partie 4.In Figures 4 and 5 is shown a second mode
of execution of the part intended to be fixed on the
front part of the shoe, i.e. a piece
corresponding to
chaussure.The
The part intended to be fixed on the front sidewalk,
that is to say the part corresponding to
pièce 16' est identique à la pièce 16.The third embodiment shown in Figures 11
and 12 is actually a simplified variant of the
