Claims (9)
- Installation de conditionnement de produits alimentaires tels des fruits ou légumes frais comprenant :au moins un dispositif (2) de lavage,au moins un dispositif (3) d'égouttage,au moins un dispositif (4) de pesage etau moins un dispositif (5) d'ensachage,entre le dispositif (3) d'égouttage et le dispositif (4) de pesage, est prévu un tunnel (7) de refroidissement des légumes ou fruits par injection d'azote liquide,le dispositif (4) de pesage et le dispositif (5) d'ensachage sont logés dans une enceinte (8) sous atmosphère d'azote etun tunnel (7) de refroidissement est relié à l'enceinte (8) où s'achève le processus de conditionnement par des moyens (9) d'acheminement contrôlés de l'azote à l'état gazeux récupéré au niveau du tunnel de refroidissement.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que :d'une part, la conduite (7A) d'évacuation habituelle de l'azote du tunnel de refroidissement vers l'extérieur est raccordée à l'enceinte par une conduite (10) dite d'admission et,d'autre part, la sortie (7B) du tunnel de refroidissement est reliée, à l'enceinte par un moyen d'acheminement (11) hermétique des produits alimentaires.
- Installation selon la revendication 2 caractérisée en ce que le moyen (11) d'acheminement comprend également un moyen (12) pour capter partiellement l'azote résiduaire et l'introduire dans l'enceinte en un point particulier.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le moyen (13) de déplacement de l'azote déplace l'azote dans le tunnel et/ou conduites suivant un sens prédéterminé.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte est maintenue en légère surpression.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le tunnel de refroidissement et les moyens d'égouttage sont logés dans une chambre (15) aseptisée.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les moyens (3) d'égouttage comprennent successivement un moyen (3A) suivi d'au moins un tapis vibreur (3B).
- Installation selon la revendication 4 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des volets (14) contrôlant la section de passage des conduites.
- Installation selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que des dispositifs d'analyse de la teneur en azote de l'enceinte sont associés à des moyens de sécurité.
