Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing colored patterned textile fabrics according to the preamble of
For the production of woven fabric with a pair of warp threads and a plurality of weft threads, a method is known in which first a basic weft and then one or more embroidery shots with different colors in a selectable order in an embroidery line, ie with switched off device for the Drawn product in the shed and tied by a warp thread. For the design of the loom, this means that the device for the fabric removal for entry of the embroidery or shots must be turned off, so that the required gearbox is subject to high dynamic stress and an electronically controlled device, eg with a servomotor does not meet the requirements and that weft yarn packages are provided on the loom according to the number of colors provided in the fabric Need to become. In addition to the technical complexity and the high number of weft coils with yarns of different colors, the limitation of the speed of the loom proves to be disadvantageous.
The above-mentioned methods also have the common disadvantage that, depending on the fabric pattern, weft threads float on the back of the fabric, with the length of the floating weft threads usually increasing with the number of colored weft threads.
If label baths are produced with the known methods from a wide web, a large number of weft threads and a correspondingly large thread mass must be severed to form the edges. This has the disadvantages that at the edge of the labels a high and thick brow is produced with different color mixing and a higher cutting performance is required.
It has been shown that when weaving with weft threads in the colors yellow, red and blue no color mixing as in color printing can be achieved and also the number of colors is limited. In color printing, the colors are printed one after the other, while in weaving, color cells are formed by the weft threads and the binding.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention, as characterized in the claims solves the problem of improving a process for the production of colored patterned textile fabrics.
In the method according to the invention, the fabric technique with warp threads and at least four weft threads is used. There are weft threads in the primary colors red, blue and yellow and an additional color, especially green used. A color cell is formed in which four weft threads in the elementary color red, green, blue and yellow are introduced in a specific, consistent sequence and bound by one of the warp threads. Depending on the selection of the warp threads in terms of color and depending on the binding of the weft threads by the warp a color impression is generated in the cell. The entry of four weft threads with the different colors in the same order means for the loom advantageous and significant simplification, such that on the one hand only four weft yarn zones are required and on the other hand, a shutdown of the device for the fabric removal deleted, so that the Loom with a high speed, eg 2000 rpm can be operated. By the respective binding of the weft threads a certain color impression is produced in the color cell. The color intensity is determined by the combination of the float length of the weft thread over the warp thread and the respective color of the warp thread, which reach the blade surface. In combination with a warp of certain color, cells can be created with fourteen colors. It is advantageous if two warp threads of different color and a weft float floatation up to seven cells are used per cell, because this can produce a textile fabric with up to one hundred and ninety-six color impressions. The color impressions are provided with a code and stored in a color scale, so that the user can select the desired color impression without binding technical manipulations in an advantageous and simple manner. The number of color impressions can be increased by using a higher number of weft threads. While a warp thread binds the weft threads according to the color impression to be produced, other warp threads can be bound to the back of the fabric. This has the advantage that the floatation of the weft threads is eliminated.
The invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.

These colors result in a float length of the weft thread over a warp thread. The float length of the weft can extend over a total of up to seven warp lines. The intensity of the color impression is determined by the float length and the color of the warp threads, i. with two warp threads there are twenty-eight intensities. This results in a total of one hundred and ninety-six color impressions, namely from the product number of colors multiplied by the number of intensities and the number of warp threads (14 x 7 x 2 = 196).
In another embodiment of the method, six weft threads are entered in the colors red R, green G, blue B, yellow Y, black BL and white W. This has the advantage that the number of color impressions is further increased.
