Claims (21)

  1. Zuschnitt (10) zum Ausbilden einer Schachtel zum Unterbringen wenigstens eines Gegenstands, wobei der Zuschnitt einen Riemenabschnitt (12) und Endwandstrukturen (15, 15a) umfasst, die gelenkig mit dem Riemenabschnitt (12) verbunden sind, wobei jede der Endwandstrukturen (15, 15a) wenigstens eine Endwandfläche (50) umfasst, die gelenkig mit dem Riemenabschnitt (12) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Endwandstruktur (15, 15a) ferner eine Stegstruktur sowie eine Eingriffklappe (54) umfasst, die gelenkig mit der Stegstruktur (62, 58) verbunden ist und ferner gelenkig mit einer Kante des Riemenabschnitts (12) verbunden ist, wobei die Eingriffklappe (54) und die Stegstruktur (62, 58) derart ausgestaltet und angeordnet sind, um nach innen gefaltet werden zu können, so dass die Schachtel automatisch aus einem flachen, zusammengefalteten Zustand in eine Gebrauchskonfiguration aufgerichtet werden kann, indem der Gegenstand oder die Gegenstände von dem Riemenabschnitt (12) umgeben werden und jede Eingriffklappe (54) zwischen dem Gegenstand oder den Gegenständen und dem Riemenabschnitt (12) angeordnet wird, um somit eine Bewegung der Endwandfläche (50) in eine Position zu bewirken, die für eine Verwendung geeignet ist.
  2. Zuschnitt (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Riemenabschnitt (12) eine Vielzahl von Eingrenzungswandflächen (36, 38, 40) umfasst, die eine mit der nächsten gelenkig verbunden sind.
  3. Zuschnitt (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die Stegstruktur (62, 58) eine Vielzahl von individuell gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Zwickelwandflächen (62, 58) umfasst.
  4. Zuschnitt (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Stegstruktur (62, 58) gelenkig mit der jeweiligen Eingriffklappe (54) und der Endwandfläche (50) über divergierende Faltlinien (66, 60) verbunden ist, die derart angeordnet sind, um eine im Wesentlichen dreieckige Stegstruktur (62, 58) zu definieren.
  5. Zuschnitt (10) nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, wobei die Zwickelwandflächen (62, 58) und die Endwandflächen (50) ausgestaltet sind, hinsichtlich des Riemenabschnitts (12) nach oben und nach außen gefaltet zu werden, wenn der Zuschnitt (10) aufgerichtet wird, um eine Schachtel auszubilden.
  6. Zuschnitt (10) nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, wobei die Zwickelwandflächen (62, 58) und die Endwandflächen (50) derart ausgestaltet und angeordnet sind, hinsichtlich des Riemenabschnitts (12) nach oben und nach innen gefaltet zu werden, wenn der Zuschnitt (10) aufgerichtet wird, um eine Schachtel auszubilden.
  7. Zuschnitt (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei die Eingrifiklappen (54, 68) über eine Faltlinie (52) gelenkig mit dem Riemenabschnitt (12) verbunden sind, wobei die Faltlinie (52) in einer Anordnung definiert ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Faltlinien (42, 44) verläuft, die aufeinanderfolgende Eingrenzungswandflächen (36, 38, 40) des Riemenabschnitts (12) gelenkig miteinander verbinden, so dass die Endwandstrukturen (15, 15a) vor dem Aufrichten vorgefaltet werden können.
  8. Zuschnitt (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei die Eingriffklappen (54, 68) gelenkig mit dem Riemenabschnitt (12) über eine Faltlinie (52) verbunden sind, wobei die Faltlinie (52) in einer Anordnung definiert ist, die in einem schiefen Winkel zu den Faltlinien (42, 44) verläuft, die aufeinanderfolgende Eingrenzungswandflächen (36, 38, 40) des Riemenabschnitts (12) gelenkig miteinander verbinden, so dass die Endwandstrukturen (15, 15a) lediglich beim Aufbau gefaltet werden können.
  9. Schachtel zum Unterbringen wenigstens eines Gegenstands, wobei die Schachtel aus einem Zuschnitt gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet ist.

Schachtel zum Halten wenigstens eines Gegenstands, umfassend eine Decke (18), einen Boden (38), gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (36, 40), die gelenkig die Decke (18) und den Boden (38) miteinander verbinden, sowie eine Endwandstruktur (15, 15a), wobei die Endwandstruktur (15, 15a) eine Endwandfläche (50), eine Stegstruktur (62, 58), die gelenkig mit einer Seitenkante der Endwandfläche (50) verbunden ist, sowie eine Eingriffklappe (54) umfasst, die an die Innenseiten der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (36, 40) mittels Klebeklappen befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endwandstruktur (15, 15a) automatisch aufgerichtet wird, wenn die Schachtel aufgebaut wird.
  11. Schachtel nach Anspruch 9 oder Anspruch 10, wobei jede Eingriffklappe (54) an eine Innenseite der jeweiligen Eingrenzungswandfläche oder Seitenwand (36, 40) geklebt ist.
  12. Schachtel nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Stegstruktur (62, 58) und die Endwandfläche (50) ausgestaltet sind, hinsichtlich des Bodens automatisch in eine Richtung nach oben und nach außen gefaltet zu werden, wenn die gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandflächen während des Aufrichtens in das Innere der Schachtel gefaltet werden.
  13. Schachtel nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Stegstruktur (62, 58) und die Endwandfläche (50) ausgestaltet sind, hinsichtlich des Bodens automatisch in eine Richtung nach oben und nach innen gefaltet zu werden, wenn die gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandflächen während des Aufbaus in das Innere der Schachtel gefaltet werden.
  14. Verfahren zum Ausbilden eines Zuschnitts (10) zum Umgeben eines oder mehrerer Gegenstände, wie beispielsweise Geflügel oder Fleisch, wobei ein Riemenabschnitt (12) und eine oder mehrere Endwandstrukturen (15, 15a) umfasst werden, wobei jede Endwandstruktur (15, 15a) eine Endwandfläche (50) umfasst, die gelenkig mit einer Stegstruktur (62, 58) verbunden ist, wobei die Stegstruktur (62, 58) ferner gelenkig mit einer Eingriffklappe (54) verbunden ist, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    i) Falten jeder Eingriffklappe (54) in das Innere der Schachtel, um über dem Riemenabschnitt (12) zu liegen,
    ii) Falten des Riemenabschnitts (12), um den Gegenstand zu umgeben, wobei der Faltvorgang gleichzeitig jede Endwandstruktur (15, 15a) aufrichtet und
    üi) Befestigen eines Endes des Riemenabschnitts (12) an das andere, um ein Endlosband auszubilden.
  15. Zuschnitt zum Ausbilden einer Schachtel, die gemäß dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 14 aufgebaut werden kann, wobei der Zuschnitt eine zerbrechliche Verbindung aufweist, die die Trennung von zwei Stücken aus Pappe oder vergleichbarem Material erlaubt, wobei die Stücke gegenüberliegende Seitenkanten definieren, wobei die Verbindung von einem Startpunkt bei der Überschneidung der Verbindung mit einer der beiden Seitenkanten aufgerissen werden kann, wobei die Verbindung eine Vielzahl von Perforationen umfasst, die in einer nicht-linearen Konfiguration angeordnet sind.
  16. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 15, wobei die Perforationen in einer Sägezahnkonfiguration angeordnet sind und sich jede Perforation von dem Scheitelpunkt von jedem Zahn erstreckt und an einem Punkt endet, der kurz vor dem angrenzenden gegenüberliegenden Zahn liegt.
  17. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 15 oder Anspruch 16, wobei ausgeschnittene Abschnitte an dem Überschneidungspunkt der Verbindung und der Seitenkanten bereitgestellt sind, um das Reißen entlang der zerbrechlichen Verbindung zu lenken.
  18. Verpackung, umfassend eine Schachtel nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12 und wenigstens einen Gegenstand darin.
  19. Verpackung nach Anspruch 18, wobei jede Eingriffklappe (54) an den Riemenabschnitt (12) befestigt ist.
  20. Verpackung nach Anspruch 19, wobei die Befestigung der Eingriffklappe (54) an den Riemenabschnitt (12) vor dem Aufbau der Verpackung bewirkt wird.
  21. Verpackung nach Anspruch 18, wobei ein Fach aus einem flachen Zustand in eine Gebrauchsposition aufgerichtet werden kann und die gegenüberliegenden Endwandstrukturen (15, 15a) faltbar mit dem Riemen in einer kantenberührenden Beziehung verbunden sind, wobei die gegenüberliegenden Endwandstrukturen (15, 15a) eine Stegstruktur (62, 58) umfassen, die gelenkig mit jeder Eingriffklappe (54) verbunden ist, um automatisch aus einem flachen Zustand in eine aufgerichtete Gebrauchskonfiguration aufgerichtet zu werden.
