Description

The invention relates to a fixing insert, consisting of a textile Einlagebahn, on one side with double-layer adhesive mass points is coated, from the insert track facing lower and above arranged upper points exists.

From the document EP-A 0 940 461 is a crosslinkable Hotmelt adhesive for the coating and / or lamination of Fabrics known in which a crosslinking component in a Polyolefin matrix is incorporated and the reactive components only react in the melt with crosslinking. When Crosslinking components are isocyanates or epoxides with molecular weights stated between 2000 and 6000 grams per mole. The real one Hot-melt adhesive is intended to consist of amino-terminated copolyamide or Copolyesters exist, which both in the lower and in the upper point be used. The disadvantage of this solution is that on the one hand the Crosslinking component only consuming in a moisture-protecting Polyolefin matrix must be included and that the amino-terminated Copolyamides are prone to yellowing.

Furthermore, US Pat. No. 5,677,038 discloses two-layer hotmelt adhesives whose subpoint consists of a paste-like copolyamide or copolyester and whose top point consists of a mixture of 0 to 25% by weight of a copolyamide, 50 to 95% by weight of a copolyester and 5 to 25% by weight .% of an epoxide. As separating forces for the textile materials associated with this hot-melt adhesive system, values of less than 10 N / 5 cm are specified, which are further reduced after washing. In addition to the cited documents, further double-layered adhesive compositions are known from the documents DE-A 22 14 236, DE-A 22 31 723, DE-A 25 36 911 and DE-A 32 30 579. By using relatively lightweight nonwovens, ie those having a low basis weight, very soft laminates are obtained, but the nonwoven fabrics have the disadvantage that they are sensitive to the back riveting of the hotmelt adhesives. Reclaimed here is an undesirable bond between two interlining understood, which can occur when the adhesive coated with the adhesive layer insert web, hereinafter referred to as a fuser, is connected in Innensandwich-fixing method with the outer fabric. The inner sandwich consists of the layer sequence outer fabric, coated insert sheet and coated insert sheet and outer fabric, ie, that the uncoated sides of the inserts lie against each other. Although the amount of coating applied per square meter of insert web was reduced from previously 18-25 g / m 2 to 7-15 g / m 2 and should be further reduced in view of the breathability of the textile laminate. At the same time, however, the demands on the adhesion and durability of the laminate increase.

Requirements for the adhesion and durability of the laminate. Especially with regard to the care properties of a textile laminate There is a demand that this also several washes at Washing temperatures up to 60 ° C.

The object of the invention has been found to provide a fixation, the significantly increased adhesion and separation forces at the same time a very small Rear riveting shows.
