- A frame for holding a vacuum bottle (4) of a power switch module, the frame comprising first and second identical uprights (1, 2) of electrically insulating material placed symmetrically about a main axis (7) of the vacuum bottle, a plate (5) of electrically insulating material being rigidly connected to the uprights, the plates serving to hold the vacuum bottle between said uprights, the frame being characterized in that said plate is connected to the uprights by mutual engagement and snap-fastening (8; 12), and in that said plate serves to center the vacuum bottle between said uprights.
- The frame of claim 1, in which said centering plate (5) has two positioning openings (8), each of which receives a respective stud (12) of a corresponding upright, and two snap-fastening tongues (9) each of which engages in an opening (13) of a corresponding upright.
- The frame of claim 1 or 2, in which each upright (1, 2) has a window (14) through which the centering plate (5) can be inserted.
- The frame of claim 2, in which said snap-fastening tongues (9) of said centering plate engage in the openings (13) of the uprights from the respective outside faces thereof.
- The frame of any one of claims 1 to 4, in which said centering plate (5) has a central bore (11) in which a cylindrical portion of said vacuum bottle (4) is engaged.
- The frame of any one of claims 1 to 5, in which each upright has screw-fixing means (16) for fixing the electrical connections of the vacuum bottle, each screw-fixing means being of dovetailed shape.
- The frame of any one of claims 1 to 6, in which the two uprights (1, 2) and the centering plate (5) are made of electrically insulating material by molding and/or thermoforming a plastics material and/or a composite material.
- A power switch module comprising at least two frames according to any one of claims 1 to 7, removably fixed on a support, said uprights of one frame and said uprights of the other frame being adjacent to one another in pairs.
