Claims (3)
- Ventilateur destiné notamment à équiper un tunnel de réfrigération de produits tels que des produits alimentaires, ce tunnel étant parcouru par un courant gazeux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une paire d'entonnoirs (1) fixés sur une face d'un support (2) monté rotatif autour d'un axe vertical (XX) et associé à un moyen d'entraínement en rotation, et en ce que ces entonnoirs ont leurs ouvertures d'entrée (4) disposées radialement afin de permettre au courant gazeux d'y pénétrer et d'en sortir à une vitesse accélérée par leur ouverture de sortie (5).
- Ventilateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support est un disque (2) sur une face duquel les entonnoirs (1) sont fixés de manière diamétralement opposée avec leurs ouvertures d'entrée (4) situées sensiblement dans un même plan diamétral, et ces entonnoirs sont recourbés vers le bas et dans la direction opposée au sens de rotation (R ) du disque .
- Tunnel cryogénique de réfrigération de produits par exemple alimentaires défilant sur un convoyeur et dans lequel peut circuler un courant gazeux froid, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'un ensemble de ventilateurs conformes à l'une des revendications 1 et 2 et disposés pour diriger localement des courants gazeux froids à une vitesse accélérée sur des zones prédéterminées du convoyeur.
