Device for assembling a pump (P) on the neck (C) of a container (R) with a coupling flange (A) of the type comprising: - an inner sleeve (1) covering said neck ( C) in a leaktight manner, constituted in its upper part by a collar (11) for supporting the pump (P) and, in its lower part by a retaining base (12) carrying at least one flexible fin (10) anchoring which extends at least partially under said flange (A) of the container, and - an outer locking ring (2) intended to be fitted co-axially on said sleeve (1) ensuring, by radial tightening, the forced abutment of at least the free end of said fin (10) against the neck (C) of the container, characterized in that said fin (10) extends in the free state upwards with a slight diverging inclination from a shoulder (14) formed on the base (12).
