Claims (17)
- Verfahren zur automatischen Auswahl von wiederzugebenden Musik- und/oder Tonstücken aus einer Sammlung von Musik- und/oder Tonstücken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Musik- und/oder Tonstück seine Eigenschaften beschreibende Bewertungsdaten (21) zugeordnet werden,daß Vorgabeparameter (18), die eine Zielvorgabe beschreiben, aufgestellt werden, wobei die Zielvorgabe ein gewünschtes Verhalten eines Publikums (24) beschreibt,daß unter Auswertung eines Verhaltens eines Publikums (24) Zustandsdaten (17) ermittelt werden,daß die Vorgabeparameter (18) und die Zustandsdaten (17) miteinander verglichen und daraus Anforderungsdaten (20) ermittelt werden,daß die Anforderungsdaten (20) mit den Bewertungsdaten (21) der Musik- und/oder Tonstücke verglichen werden und ein geeignetes Musik- oder Tonstück ausgewählt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von Bewertungsdaten (21) aus einer Mehrzahl von Kriterien ermittelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Musik- oder Tonstück ausgewählt wird, bei dem die Korrelation zwischen Bewertungsdaten (21) und Anforderungsdaten (20) möglichst groß ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhalten eines Publikums (24) zur Neubewertung der den Musik-und/oder Tonstücken zugeordneten Bewertungsdaten (21) verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anforderungsdaten (20) zur Festlegung einer wiederzugebenden Reihenfolge der Ton- und Musikstücke verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anforderungsdaten (20) zur automatischen Steuerung der Lautstärke verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anforderungsdaten (20) zur automatischen Steuerung wenigstens einer Effektanlage verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mehreren geeigneten Musik- oder Tonstücken ein Musik- oder Tonstück durch einen Zufallsprozeß ausgewählt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Musik- und/oder Tonstücke und deren Bewertungsdaten (21) wenigstens eine Bewertungsmatrix bilden. - Vorrichtung zur automatischen Auswahl von
wiederzugebenden Musik- und/oder und Tonstücken aus einer Sammlung von Musik- und/oder Tonstücken, insbesondere zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mindestens eine Einrichtung zur Beobachtung eines Publikums (24) vorgesehen ist unddaß eine Recheneinheit zur Auswertung der von der Einrichtung zur Beobachtung eines Publikums erhaltenen Informationen, zu deren Vergleich mit Vorgabeparametern (18) und zur Auswahl eines Musik-oder Tonstücks vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Beobachtung von Zuhörern mindestens eine Kamera (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Beobachtung von Zuhörern mindestens ein Mikrofon (3) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Beobachtung von Zuhörern mindestens ein Thermometer (4) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Beobachtung von Zuhörern mindestens ein Hygrometer (5) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Beobachtung eines Publikums (24) mindestens ein Gerät zum Messen des Sauerstoffgehaltes der Luft aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Beobachtung von Zuhörern Sensoren (1) zur Aufzeichnung von Körperdaten eines oder mehrerer Zuhörer aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Einrichtung zur manuellen Änderung der Vorgabeparameter (18) aufweist.
