Abstract
Description

Durch die EP 0 727 313 A1 ist eine Druckmaschine mit mehreren Baueinheiten bekannt, die
in Verbindung mit einer Ferndiagnose- und Fernwartungsstation, in der ein Monitor installiert
ist, steht, wobei die Druckmaschine über Datenverbindungen mit der Ferndiagnose- und
Fernwartungsstation verbunden ist, ein in einem Steuerpult der Druckmaschine integriertes
oder in der Nähe des Steuerpultes angeordnetes, einen Rechner umfassendes Video- und
Audiokommunikationssystem vorgesehen ist, das über Video- und/oder Audiokanäle mit einzelnen
Baueinheiten der Druckmaschine verbunden ist und der Rechner die von der Druckmaschine
empfangenen Video- und/oder Audiodaten für die Übertragung über die Datenverbindungen
aufbereitet und welches die Video- und/oder Audiodaten an dem Monitor der
Ferndiagnose- und Fernwartungsstation anzeigbar sind.

dargestellt. Der Video/Audio-Arbeitsplatz 7 enthält neben dem Rechner eine Kamera 8 sowie
eine Sprech-/Höreinrichtung 9.
Mit dem Druckereinetzwerk 6 ist eine Ferndiagnose- und -wartungsstation 10 verbunden,
wobei diese Station als Fernwartungsgateway ausgebildet ist und ebenfalls mit einem Fernwartungsrechner
16 und einem Video/ Audio-Arbeitsplatz 7 ausgestattet ist. Vorzugsweise ist
nur die Ferndiagnose- und -wartungsstation 10 mit einem Audio/Video-Arbeitsplatz 7 ausgestattet.
Die als Fernwartungsgateway ausgebildete Ferndiagnose- und -wartungsstation 10 ist über
mindestens eine ISDN -S0-Leitung 11 mit einer Servicestation 12, die sich beispielsweise im
Hause des Druckmaschinenherstellers befindet, verbunden. Die Servicestation 12 ist ebenfalls
mit einem Rechner sowie einer Sprech- und Höreinrichtung verbunden.
Die Ferndiagnose- und -wartungsstation 10 enthält neben dem Fernwartungsrechner 16
eine Wartungseinrichtung 17, ein Gateway 18, ein Video-Multimediasystem 14 sowie eine
Umschalteinrichtung 15.
Die ISDN-Leitung 11 ist als Mehrkanalleitung beispielsweise als ein S0 -Anschluss mit zwei
B-Kanälen ausgebildet, wobei die Kanäle zur Signalübertragung getrennt und parallel geschaltet
nutzbar sind. Beispielsweise kann ein Kanal für die Wartung und der andere Kanal
für die Audio/Video-Übertragung genutzt werden. Damit ist zeitgleich mit der Audio/Video-Übertragung
eine Fernwartung der Druckmaschine von der Servicestation 12 aus möglich.
Zur Erhöhung der Qualität der Videoübertragung sind aber auch die zwei Kanäle parallel

zur Verfügung stehenden maximalen Bandbreite von beispielsweise 2 Mbit/s eine dynamische
Bandbreitenaufteilung in Abhängigkeit vom momentan zu übertragenden Daten-volumen

- Servicemode zur Anpassung des Systems an das druckereispezifische Betriebssystem.

Servicestation 12 und der Ferndiagnose und -wartungsstation 10 und bei Verbindung der einzelnen Leitstände über ein druckereiinternes Netzwerk 7 (Ethernet) ist es möglich, alle Druckmaschinen und auch die Ferndiagnose- und -wartungsstation über eine gemeinsame externe Verbindung fernzuwarten.
