The dosage the liquid to be dispensed by the contact element 22 is also by suction of liquid from the liquid dispenser 4 via a first liquid line 31 controllable.

Fig. 7 shows a schematic representation of a liquid transport system from the liquid container 5 to the liquid dispenser 4 and the liquid dispenser 4 back into the liquid container 5. In the liquid container 5 is a Partition wall 42 for forming a first chamber 40 and a second chamber 41 is provided. In the partition wall 42 an opening is provided. Through this opening is a second Liquid line 32 passed, which at a predetermined distance B to the bottom 46th of the liquid container 5 ends. The size of the opening in the partition 42 is deart dimensioned that after performing the second liquid line 32, a gap 43 is formed is. This gap serves to supply liquid from the first chamber 40 into the second Chamber 41. In the second chamber 41 is a porous storage material 44 - e.g. sintered Material - intended for storage of liquid. The first chamber 40 is over a Liquid line 47 with a provided outside of the liquid container 5 pumping device 13 connected. By means of a pressure relief valve 45 is in the operating state of the liquid transport system the pressure required to deliver fluid from the second Chamber 41 via acting as a riser second liquid line 32 into the liquid dispensing device 4 producible. The pressure relief valve 45 may for example consist of a Tube consist, with an opening whose cross-section is dimensioned such that the required atmophärische pressure to convey the liquid after commissioning of the pumping device 13 achievable and beyond going over pressure can be discharged.

In the container housing 21 of the liquid dispensing device 4 is a contact element 22nd firmly arranged. By means of a corresponding shaping of the contact element 22 is in the contact element 22, a rinsing chamber 214 is provided in the on the second liquid line 32 liquid is transported. The pressurized fluid penetrates the open-pore Mateial of the contact element 22 and is in contact with the outer Contact surface 48 delivered through a skin to the skin, as indicated by the arrows is.

The rinsing chamber 214 is connected to the inlet side E via a first liquid line 31 Pumping device 13 coupled. The outlet PA of the pumping device 13 is via a fluid line 47 coupled to the first chamber 40 of the liquid container 5. At startup the pumping device 13 sucks both air over the container housing 21 - see arrow L - as well as liquid from the rinsing chamber 214 and / or the contact element 22 and transports this into the first chamber 40 and builds there the required Pressure on to transport fluid from the second chamber 41 via the second fluid line 32 in the washing chamber 214. By the return of excess liquid from the rinsing chamber 214 and / or the contact element, which by the suction of the Pumping device 13 is effected, the liquid discharge of the contact element 22 is such controllable that only by touching the contact surface of the contact element 22 liquid is delivered to a skin to be wetted. A release of liquid without contact the contact element 22 does not take place accordingly.

The gap 43 between the partition wall 42 and the second liquid line formed as a riser 32 is dimensioned such that from the pumping device 13 in the first Chamber 40 transported liquid into the storage material 44 of the second chamber 41st can penetrate. A reflux of liquid stored in the storage material from the second chamber 41 via the gap 43 in the first chamber 40 is by means of the binding action prevents the liquid to the storage material 44.

Fig. 8 shows the liquid transport system of FIG. 7 with the difference that the Pumping device 13 within the liquid container 5, i. in the first chamber 40 is provided. The pumping device is part of the liquid container 5 and with this interchangeable. The interchangeability of the liquid container 5 is connected by a coupling the first liquid line 31 and the second liquid line 32 to the liquid container 5 by means of corresponding coupling elements - not shown - produced. Such coupling elements are also in the first liquid line 31 and the second Liquid line 32 of FIG. 7 providable to the pumping device 13 and the liquid container 5 to couple to this.

As a lid of the liquid container 5, a rubber molding is used, which is the complete Unit including the first and second fluid line 31, 32 tightly seals. in the Housing 1 located metal tips of the first and second liquid line 31, 32nd pierce the lid in the line area when inserting the cleaning liquid container and release the fluid circuit.

The described construction of the liquid container 5 is preferably as a disposable cartridge or a container that can be filled in or on the hair removal device.

Fig. 9 shows a schematic representation of the arrangement of a liquid transport system according to Fig. 7 in a dry shaver TR according to FIGS. 1 and 2. The contours The dry shaver, for example, represented by punctiform lines.

In the housing 1 of the dry shaver TR, an electric motor 50 is arranged, whose Motor shaft is coupled via an eccentric with a vibrating element 52 to this in reciprocating oscillations - see arrow S1 and S2 - to move. The swing bridge 52 serves to drive cutting elements of the dry shaver TR - not shown - and beyond to drive the pumping device 13 of the Liquid dispensing device 4. For this purpose, the vibrating element 52 - for example mounted on wall elements 51 of the housing 1 of the dry shaver TR is - via a double-armed rocker arm 54 which provided on a housing 1 Pivot axis 53 is pivotally mounted, with a pumping element of the pumping device 13 coupled for the purpose of transmitting a drive movement. This drive connection can by displacement of the liquid container 5 in the direction of arrow P2 be interrupted by the distance A, so that no liquid from the container 5 in the Rinsing chamber 214 and the open-pore contact element 22 is transported. By means of displacement of the liquid container 5 in the direction of arrow P1 is the contact of the pumping element the pumping device 13 with the double-armed lever 54 restored, so that at Commissioning of the electric motor 50, the oscillatory movements of the vibrating element 52nd transmitted via the double-armed lever 54 to the pumping element of the pumping device 13 and restart the fluid transport system.

The rinsing chamber 214 is via a first fluid line 31 - see Fig. 9 - over the pumping device 13 with the liquid container 5 and a second liquid line 32 coupled to the first chamber 40. To the displacement of the liquid container 5 in the direction of arrows P1 and P2, are the first and second Liquid line formed flexible.

In Fig. 10, the components of a pumping device 13 are shown. The pumping device 13 consists only of three parts, namely a first housing part 60, a second Housing part 61 and a diaphragm 62, between the first housing part 60 and the second housing part 61 is provided. The membrane 62 has a flexible pumping element 63, which protrudes slightly curved from the planar membrane wall. In the diaphragm wall of the diaphragm 62 are two flutter valves acting as a check valve 64 and 65 are provided. The flutter valves 64 and 65 are part of the membrane 62 and molded flexibly into the membrane wall. The second housing part 61 is provided with an opening 66, by which the pumping element 63 is driven by a drive element - e.g. a lever arm a double-armed lever 54 of FIG. 9 - can be actuated. On the second housing part 61, a first liquid line 31 can be connected. In the first housing part 60 is a pump chamber 67, which via a flow channel 70 with a first valve chamber 68 and via a further flow channel 71 with the second valve chamber 69, which in the second housing part 61 is provided connectable. The second valve chamber 69 is over an outlet PA and a pump outlet line 75 to a first chamber 40 of the Liquid container 5 leading liquid line 47 can be coupled - see Fig. 7 -. This in the membrane 62 provided flutter valve 65 is on the one hand the first liquid line 31 and on the other hand associated with the first valve chamber 68. The flutter valve 64 is the second valve chamber 69 and the outgoing from this liquid line 47 assigned. By applying a reciprocating pumping motion to the pumping element 63 is alternately a suction process and a pumping operation of the pumping element 63 triggered by liquid and / or air. During pumping, the pumping element 63 is in Arrow direction P1 is pressed into the pump chamber 67. It will be in the pump chamber 67 existing liquid and / or air via the flow channel 71 against the flutter valve 64, the flexible flapper valve 64 moves into the second valve chamber 69, thereby the flow path of the liquid and / or air via the second valve chamber 69 is released into the pump outlet 75. The liquid and / or air will flow thereafter via a connectable liquid line 47 into the first chamber 40 of the liquid container. During this pumping process, the air under pump pressure acts and / or liquid via the flow channel 70 and the first valve chamber 68 on the Flutter valve 65 and includes the pump inlet opening in the second housing part 61, the can be coupled with the first fluid line 31.

After completion of the pumping operation, the tensioned elastic pumping element moves 63 in the direction of arrow P2 back to its initial position and sucks air and / or liquid from the first liquid line 31. Due to this suction moved the flutter valve 65 into the first valve chamber 68 and thus gives the liquid line 31 free, so that the air and / or liquid on the first valve chamber and the Flow channel 70 can flow into the pump chamber 67. The flutter valve 64 is such formed and arranged to the flow channel 71 that during the intake the flow channel 70 is covered to such an extent that no air and / or liquid past the flutter valve 64 into the second valve chamber 69 and from this in the non-covered by the flutter valve 64 opening of the outlet PA and the pump outlet 75 can flow.

The pump device 13 shown in FIG. 10 can - as shown in Figures 7 and 8 both outside and inside a liquid container 5 are arranged.

According to a further embodiment, the pumping device 13 may also be part of it be formed of the liquid container 5, as shown in Fig. 11, for example.

The pump device according to FIG. 11 differs from the pump device according to FIG. 10 only in that the first housing part 60 of the pumping device 13 is part of a Wall of the liquid container 5 is. In Fig. 11 is a part of the interior of a liquid container 5 and that the first chamber 40 by a line having interruption shown. The chamber 40 is connected via a pump outlet 75 to the second Liquid line - see Fig. 7 - connectable. In the front 80 of the liquid container 5, a recess 81 is provided, in which the first valve chamber 68, the flow channel 70, the pump chamber 67, the flow channel 71 and a liquid line 85, the second valve chamber 69 with the first chamber 40 of the liquid container 5 connects, provided. The membrane 62 is inserted into the recess 81 and by means of of the second housing part 61 and corresponding fastening elements, these components assembled into a complete pumping device 13 and then in operation taken.

The liquid container 5 is inserted into the housing 1 of the hair removal apparatus and piercing the seal member in the lead areas and thus to the liquid transport system connected to the device 1. At the same time, by inserting of the liquid container 5, the pumping device 13 located in front of the housing 1 Oscillating element 54 is positioned. When the application function is activated, the Pumping device 13 with the pressure build-up in the liquid container 5. The in the starting phase sucked air is pumped into the first chamber 40 and can through the drain gap 43 between the second fluid line 32 and partition wall 42 in the second chamber 41st reach there to exert pressure on the liquid. At the same time created by the suction process the pumping device 13 in the second fluid line 32 of the fluid circuit a suction effect, which the liquid in the liquid dispensing device 4th sucks. The application site in the liquid dispenser 4 is designed so that the Pumping device 13 in addition to the non-applied liquid simultaneously suck in air from the outside can. Thus, after the starting phase of the pumping device 13 is always a liquid air mixture conveyed into the liquid container 5 and there in its two components separated. The separation is done by the adhesion of the liquid droplets to the Inner wall of the first chamber 40. The growing drops then flow through the Outflow gap 43 back into the second chamber 41 and so the fluid circuit added again.

As the system constantly sucks in air next to the unused liquid, it will turn on higher pressure in the first chamber 40 constructed as the escaping through the liquid. This overpressure in the first chamber 40 prevents backflow of the liquid from the second chamber 41 into the first chamber 40. The pressure is stabilized by a defined opening, in which acting as a pressure relief valve exhaust throttle. The order the exhaust throttle in the upper region of the first separation chamber 40 prevents accidental blowing off of the inflowing droplets in the inclined position of the hair removal device. So is a function of the system itself, for example, as compared to the illustration Fig. 1 pivoted by 180 ° position of the hair removal device guaranteed.

The porous storage material also ensures that the functon even when not full Liquid container 5 works. In this case, the liquid passes through the capillary action of the storage material to the suction region of the second liquid line 32. In addition The fluid movements and the associated noise are minimized.

Due to the described structure, it is possible to position and motion-independent liquids to store and submit, the system at the same time a regulation of the deliverable Amount of liquid makes.
