Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a detachable plug-in device for data cable connections with a magnetic coding.
Plug devices or connectors are well known. Both known connectors, however, there is the problem that either a Reverse polarity protection is not guaranteed or this by mechanical Measures is granted. But by using excessive force, it is possible to insert the plug into the connector nevertheless. hereby Mostly the connector is damaged.
On the other hand, it is known that often damage to data cable connections which are solvable because of improper loosening or Making the connection damage will be caused. It is then especially often the case that the cable from the housing of a device tearing down the device from the site, etc. In call centers It often happens that a user of a headset in the "eagerness of the battle" of the wiring of the head set was strangled, since the Cable connection has not solved. Besides, it's already too Damage to the headset came because when connecting the head sets improperly and / or wrongly polarized the plug was led into the socket.
In addition, an exact mechanical guide is in optical cables, such as fiber optic cables or POFs (P lastic O ptical ibre F) and the associated connectors necessary.

This object is solved by the features of
The plug-in device according to the invention consists of a plug and a associated socket. The plug has at least one magnetic coding in Shape of permanent magnets, which to each other a different have magnetic polarity. This means that at least one permanent magnet magnetic north pole, which has another magnetic south pole. Centrally in the plug a contact field is arranged. This contact field points Contact pins on. Each contact pin is supported by a spring. When inserting into the socket are the contact pins of the contact field of the plug through the Springs in the associated contact recesses of the mating contact field of the socket pressed. The contact pins can be in or on the springs in an advantageous manner be stored in such a way that this in contacting a light Execute rotational movement about its own longitudinal axis and thereby a Self-cleaning effect between the pins and the contact wells comes. This increases the long-term security of contact.
In this way, a light contact connector that is magnetic is held and in which the tearing force of the magnetically held connection between one source to sink (plug to socket) by an order of magnitude less than the rupture force of the source and / or sink Cable connection. This ensures that the connection at any time fixed on the cable without destruction or movable facilities is possible. The connection is thereby, in limited dimensions, non-destructive (vandal-proof).
The moving part (sink) is made of lightweight and without sharp edges that through him, even at high acceleration levels, such as in one Vehicle or by pulling on the cable, no injuries accompanying persons are caused. The size of the connector is in this case, beyond the limit for infants, which is at risk of being swallowed.
By polarized magnets alone or in conjunction with rotationally symmetric Formations on the surface will be a clear orientation and Positioning the connection enforced. The shape of the surface however, the holding force of the connection does not significantly affect the connection.
The signal coupling between socket and plug takes place either by means of Transmitter coils, thus contactless, or by means of spring-loaded contacts.
In galvanically isolated transmission, the information signal in one of known analog or digital modulation method on a Carrier vibration applied. For demodulation and signal amplification then dedicated assemblies are required, which is their supply voltage from the carrier signal win.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention is in a clear positioning and orientation of the two transmitter halves to each other also a direct signal transmission - without modulation - of several separate signals with reduced crosstalk possible.
The socket has the same number of magnetic codes as the plug. When assembling the plug and socket, the magnetic codings come to lie on each other. The magnetic codings of the socket are opposite polarity to the magnetic codings of the plug.
The magnetic coding of the plug has the correct joining of the plug a reverse polarity than the associated magnetic coding of the socket.
The magnetic coding is designed in each case as a permanent magnet, which terminates with its north or south polarity, the surface of the plug.
In this way, the plug, by the magnetic forces of the permanent magnets engage only in a defined position. At the same time it is ensured that attract by the attraction of the oppositely poled permanent magnets in socket and plug, and, in particular in galvanic Konatktierung, verpolungssicher contact plug and socket.
In the following, a galvanic contacting will be described in detail.
The socket has a contact pad which fits the shape of the contact pad of the plug and the associated pins in the molding.
When releasing the connection, only the magnetic attraction of the Magnets are overcome, so that the release of the connection without mechanical damage occurs.
Im weiteren werden weitere Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. In the following, further embodiments explained in more detail.

The plug-in
At the same time, this ensures that the contact pins 10 are always held by the associated springs 11 with a defined force when joining
The
The
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention allows that at
accidentally loosening the cable connection, over the
In a further advantageous embodiment of the
