Hierbei werden die Werkstoffe von Stößel und Rollbalg so gewählt, daß die beiden Werkstoffe keinen Haftverbund miteinander eingehen. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird als Werkstoff für den Stößel Polycarbonat und als Werkstoff für den Rollbalg Styrol-Etylen-Butylen-Styrol (SEBS-Block) verwendet. Eine optimierte Kraftschluß- beziehungsweise Schrumpfverbindung wird erreicht, indem der Stößel mit einer umfänglichen Nut ausgebildet wird, die derart dimensioniert ist, daß der untere Rollbalgrand des trompetenförmig ausgebildeten Rollbalgs eine optimierte Materialschwindung durch die definierte Massenanhäufung des Rollbalgwerkstoffs im Bereich der Stößelnut erfährt. Die so erzielte Massenanhäufung des unteren Rollbalgrandes ist mit Vorteil um mindestens den Faktor 2 größer als im übrigen Rollbalgbereich. Diese Nut 12 ist in Abstimmung mit dem Herstellungswerkzeug (Spritzform) derart dimensioniert, daß die Materialanhäufung des Rollbalgs 10 im Bereich der Nut 12 mindestens um den Faktor 2 größer ist als im übrigen Bereich. Hierdurch wird eine deutlich verbesserte "Verbindung" beziehungsweise ein verbesserter Schluß zwischen Stößel 6 und Rollbalg 10 und somit auch eine erhöhte Dichtigkeit zwischen den beiden Teilen erreicht. Mit Vorteil werden die beiden Teile in einem gemeinsamen Spritzvorgang gefertigt und dadurch zugleich schon montiert. Der separate Montageschritt, den Rollbalg 10 an dem Stößel 10 genaustens zu positionieren entfällt somit.
Als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen sich bei der Konstruktion der Stößel-Rollbalg-Kombination die Verwendung von Polycarbonat als Stößelwerkstoff und SEBS als Rollbalgwerkstoff.
