Ausgehend von einer Drucktaste der eingangs genannten Art wird die Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des unabhängigen Anspruches gelöst, während den abhängigen Ansprüchen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung zu entnehmen sind. Gemäß der Erfindung ist der Rollbalg konstruktiv so gestaltet, daß er als thermoplastische Formmasse in einem gemeinsamen Werkzeug nahezu zeitgleich - mit nur kurzer zeitlicher Verzögerung - mit der Formmasse des Stößels in das Werkzeug eingespritzt und somit um den Stößel herumgespritzt wird. Hierbei werden die Werkstoffe von Stößel und Rollbalg so gewählt, daß die beiden Werkstoffe keinen Haftverbund miteinander eingehen. In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird als Werkstoff für den Stößel Polycarbonat und als Werkstoff für den Rollbalg Styrol-Etylen-Butylen-Styrol (SEBS-Block) verwendet. Eine optimierte Kraftschluß- beziehungsweise Schrumpfverbindung wird erreicht, indem der Stößel mit einer umfänglichen Nut ausgebildet wird, die derart dimensioniert ist, daß der untere Rollbalgrand des trompetenförmig ausgebildeten Rollbalgs eine optimierte Materialschwindung durch die definierte Massenanhäufung des Rollbalgwerkstoffs im Bereich der Stößelnut erfährt. Die so erzielte Massenanhäufung des unteren Rollbalgrandes ist mit Vorteil um mindestens den Faktor 2 größer als im übrigen Rollbalgbereich. einer Ruhestellung und einer Betriebsstellung bewegbar ist und der durch ein
Federelement 8 entgegen seiner Betätigungsrichtung mit einer Federkraft beaufschlagt
ist, und einem umfänglich an dem Stößel 6 angeordneten Rollbalg

Der Stößel 6 ist im wesentlichen hohlzylinderförmig ausgebildet. Das eine Ende

(nicht dargestellt) dient und mit nach außen weisenden kragenartigen Fortsätzen
6b zur Hintergreifung und Abstützung am Gehäuse ausgebildet ist.
Das Federelement 8 ist als Spiralfeder ausgebildet und um den Stößelkörper
herum angeordnet. Dabei stützt die Feder 8 sich am Stößelkörper zwischen
den kragenartigen unteren Fortsätzen 6b und einem kreisringförmigen Gegenlager
6c des Stößelkörpers ab. Das Gegenlager 6c ist mit Vorteil als kreisringförmige
Erweiterung des Stößelkörpers ausgebildet und weist auf seiner
äußeren, der umliegenden Gehäusewand zugekehrten Stirnfläche eine Ringnut
zur Aufnahme eines weiteren Dichtungselementes auf.The
Der Rollbalg 10 ist vorzugsweise trompetenförmig. Gemäß der Erfindung sind
der Stößel 6 und der Rollbalg 10 in 2-Komponenten Spritztechnik hergestellt,

Stößel 6 und Rollbalg 10 keinen Haftverbund miteinander eingehen. Hierdurch
wird ein optimiertes Abrollverhalten des Rollbalgs 10 gewährleistet. Mit Vorteil
weist der Stößel 6 umfänglich eine kreisringförmige Nut 12 zur fixierenden
Aufnahme des Rollbalgs 6 auf. Diese Nut 12 ist in Abstimmung mit dem Herstellungswerkzeug
(Spritzform) derart dimensioniert, daß die Materialanhäufung
des Rollbalgs 10 im Bereich der Nut 12 mindestens um den Faktor 2
größer ist als im übrigen Bereich. Hierdurch wird eine deutlich verbesserte
"Verbindung" beziehungsweise ein verbesserter Schluß zwischen Stößel 6
und Rollbalg 10 und somit auch eine erhöhte Dichtigkeit zwischen den beiden
Teilen erreicht. Mit Vorteil werden die beiden Teile in einem gemeinsamen
Spritzvorgang gefertigt und dadurch zugleich schon montiert. Der separate
Montageschritt, den Rollbalg 10 an dem Stößel 10 genaustens zu positionieren
entfällt somit.
Als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen sich bei der Konstruktion der Stößel-Rollbalg-Kombination
die Verwendung von Polycarbonat als Stößelwerkstoff
und SEBS als Rollbalgwerkstoff.The

es unabdingbar, daß die unterschiedlichen Werkstoffe von Stößel 6 und Rollbalg
