Claims (21)

  1. Verfahren zum Umwickeln von Gegenständen, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Verfahrensschritte aufweist: Zuführen eines Blattes (3) eines Wickelmaterials zu einem Förderer (4), wobei das Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3) einen ersten Abschnitt (83) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (84) aufweist, Zuführen eines Gegenstandes (2) zu dem Förderer (4) und auf das Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3), Vorwärtsbewegen des Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) und des entsprechenden Gegenstandes (2) mit einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit (V1) entlang einer Bahn (P1), die sich in einer bestimmten Richtung (D1) erstreckt, wobei der erste Abschnitt (83) in Bezug auf die Richtung (D1) stromaufwärts von dem zweiten Abschnitt (84) lokalisiert ist, und Faltung des Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) um den Gegenstand (2) entlang der Bahn (1), wobei das Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3) an dem Förderer (4) in einer im wesentlichen flachen Form positioniert ist und eine entsprechende Platte (17) des Förderers (4) berührt, und wobei die Gegenstände (2) das entsprechende Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3) an der Platte (17) berührend positioniert sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenstand (2) den ersten Abschnitt (83) berührend positioniert ist, und dass die Verfahrensschritte des Loslösens des zweiten Abschnittes des Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) von der Platte (17) zum Positionieren des zweiten Abschnittes (84) in einer Interferenzposition mit der Bahn (P1) der Gegenstände (2) und zum Verzögern des zweiten Abschnittes (84) in Bezug auf den ersten Abschnitt (83) in der Richtung (D1) durchgeführt werden, um das Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3) partiell um den Gegenstand (2) zu wickeln.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 mit den weiteren Verfahrensschritten eines allmählichen Freigebens des zweiten Abschnittes (84) und des Vorwärtsbewegens der Gegenstände (2) und des entsprechenden partiell um den Gegenstand (2) gewickelten Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) entlang der Bahn (P1).
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Platte (17) eine Stimfläche (23) besitzt, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Bahn (P1) ist, wobei das Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3) auf die entsprechende Platte (17) tangential zur Stirnfläche (23) zugeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Gegenstand (2) zum Förderer (4) entlang einer weiteren Bahn (P2) im wesentlichen tangential zur Bahn (P1) übertragen wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Gegenstand (2) von der weiteren Bahn (P2) zur Bahn (P1) mittels einer Greifvorrichtung (18) übertragen wird, die zur Platte (17) zugeordnet ist.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (2) mit Hilfe von zur Greifvorrichtung (18) zugeordneten Greifelementen (45) aufgenommen werden, wobei die Greifelemente (45) in Richtungen quer zu der Bahn (P1) und zu der weiteren Bahn (P2) beweglich sind.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Gegenstände (2) quaderförmige Packungen (2) sind, die sechs zueinander paarweise parallele Flächen (54, 55, 56) aufweisen, wobei die Greifelemente (45) entsprechende Greifplatten (50) aufweisen und die Greifplatten (50) eine Packung (2) an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen (56) der Packung (2) greifen.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei jedes Greifelement (45) Blätter (51, 52, 53) aufweist, die sich in Bezug auf die Greifplatte (50) quer erstrecken, wobei die Blätter (51, 52, 53) mit weiteren Flächen (54, 55) der Packung (2) in Kontakt gebracht werden.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der Verfahrensschritt des partiellen Umwickelns des Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) um den Gegenstand (2) herum eine Faltung des Blattes (3) im wesentlichen in ein U um den Gegenstand (2) umfasst, und wobei das Verfahren den weiteren Verfahrensschritt des Plättens des zweiten Abschnittes (84) des Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) umfasst, das mittels einer entlang der Bahn (P1) lokalisierten fixierten Platte (75) U-förmig um den Gegenstand (2) gefaltet ist.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei das in ein U gefaltete Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3) zwei Endabschnittes (85, 86) aufweist, die zu dem Gegenstand (2) vorstehen, wobei das Verfahren den weiteren Verfahrensschritt aufweist, dass die beiden Endabschnitte (85, 86) übereinander liegend auf den Gegenstand (2) gefaltet werden, um mit dem Wickelmaterial-Band (3) um den Gegenstand (2) herum eine rohrförmige Hülle zu bilden.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 mit dem Verfahrensschritt des Abdichtens der beiden Endabschnitte (85. 86) miteinander.
  12. Maschine zum Umwickeln von Gegenständen mit entsprechenden Wickelmaterial-Blättern (3), wobei die Maschine einen Förderer (4) aufweist, der eine Anzahl Fördereinheiten (10) besitzt, die entlang des Förderers (4) voneinander äquidistant beabstandet sind, wobei die Fördereinheiten (10) entlang einer Bahn (P1) in einer bestimmten Richtung und mit einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit beweglich sind,
    wobei jede Fördereinheit (10) eine Platte (17) zum Fördern eines entsprechenden Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) in einer im wesentlichen flachen Form und eine Greifvorrichtung (18) zum Greifen des Gegenstandes (2) und zum Plazieren eines entsprechenden Gegenstandes (2) auf dem entsprechenden Materialmaterial-Blatt in der im wesentlichen flachen Form aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifvorrichtung (18) in Bezug auf die Platte (17) zwischen einer abgesenkten Position und einer angehobenen Position verstellbar ist,
    wobei die Greifvorrichtung (18) einen Gegenstand (2) in Kontakt mit einem ersten Abschnitt (83) des Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) hält, und dass die Maschine Wickeleinrichtungen (70) zum Erfassen eines zweiten Abschnittes (84) des jeweiligen Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) aufweist,
    wobei der erste Abschnitt (83) in Bezug auf die Richtung (D1) stromaufwärts vom zweiten Abschnitt (84) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Wickelvorrichtungen (70) zum Loslösen des zweiten Abschnittes des Wickelmaterial-Blattes von der Platte (17) zum Positionieren des zweiten Abschnittes (84) in einer Interferenzposition mit der Bahn (P1) des Gegenstandes (2) und zur Verzögerung des zweiten Abschnittes (84) in Bezug auf den ersten Abschnitt (83) in der Richtung (D1) beweglich sind, um das Wickelmaterial-Blatt (3) partiell um den Gegenstand (2) zu wickeln.
  13. Maschine nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Wickeleinrichtungen (70) entlang der Bahn (P1) angeordnet sind, die Wickeleinrichtungen (70) eine Flügeltrommel (70) aufweisen, die um eine zur Bahn (P1) quer orientierte Achse (71) drehbar ist, die Flügeltrommel (70) mindestens eine Stirnfläche (73) aufweist, die zur Platte (17) entlang der Bahn (P1) tangential ist, und die Stimfläche (73) eine Einrichtung (75) zum Festhalten des zweiten Abschnittes (84) des Wickelmaterial-Blattes (3) besitzt.
  14. Maschine nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Förderer (4) ein Wickelrad (4) ist, das um eine weitere Achse (9) drehbar ist, wobei die Achse (71) zur weiteren Achse (9) parallel ist, und die Fördereinheiten (10) um die weitere Achse (9) äquidistant beabstandet sind.
  15. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14 mit einer entlang der Bahn (P1) lokalisierten Vorrichtung (7) zum Zuführen von Wickelmaterial-Blättern (3), wobei die zum Zuführen von Wickelmaterial-Bändern (3) vorgesehene Vorrichtung (7) eine Trommel (60) aufweist, die zu den Platten (17) entlang der Bahn (P1) tangential ist.
  16. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15 mit einer Vorrichtung (6) zum Zuführen der Gegenstände (2) zum Förderer (4), wobei die zum Zuführen der Gegenstände (2) vorgesehene Vorrichtung (6) sich entlang einer zur Bahn (P1) im wesentlichen tangentialen weiteren Bahn (P2) erstreckt.
  17. Maschine nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Greifvorrichtung (18) um eine entsprechende, zur weiteren Achsen (9) parallele Oszillationsachse (33) beweglich ist, wobei die Greifvorrichtung (18) Greifelemente (45) zum Greifen der Gegenstände (2) entlang der weiteren Bahn (P2) und zum Ablegen der Gegenstände (2) auf den entsprechenden Platten (17) entlang der Bahn (P1) aufweist.
  18. Maschine nach Anspruch 17, wobei die Greifelemente (45) quer zur Richtung (D1) beweglich sind.
  19. Maschine nach Anspruch 18, wobei jede Greifvorrichtung (18) zwei entsprechende Greifelemente (45) aufweist, die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Bahn (P1) lokalisiert sind, wobei jedes Greifelement (45) in bezug auf das andere Greifelement (45) beweglich ist, um die Gegenstände (2) zu greifen und loszulassen.
  20. Maschine nach Anspruch 19, wobei die beiden Greifelemente (45) entsprechende Greifplatten (50) aufweisen, wobei die Greifplatten (50) wahlweise in Kontakt mit und an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Gegenstände (2) anbringbar sind.
  21. Maschine nach Anspruch 20, wobei die beiden Greifelemente (45) entsprechende Blätter (51, 52, 53) aufweisen, die sich von den Greifplatten (50) weg erstrecken, um entsprechende Abschnitte der Gegenstände zu greifen.
