Description

Technisches GebietTechnical area

The invention relates to a shoe and in particular a toddler shoe, which supports the development of the foot in a natural way and especially as a first-aid shoe promotes the first steps of a toddler.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Already in DE-C 10 70 962 it was found that the rotational mobility the sole heel part opposite the sole front part in the sense of a Verwringung is essential for an undisturbed movement of the foot. As known there is also described that the insole and / or the Outsole of footwear in the area of the joint with the sole edges outgoing cutouts are provided, which are filled by inserts are, which consist of softer material than that of the fire or Outsole. The width of the sole equipped with the inserts in the area the joint corresponds approximately to the vertical projection of the Foot set dimension, so that the foot protected by the shoe bottom is. The total depth of these cutouts may be smaller than the total width the sole in the joint area, whereby in the area of the sole edge the Cutouts are wider than in the area of the sole interior. Instead of a single one Cut it is also possible, each sole edge several, approximately across the Sole longitudinal direction to assign running cutouts, a section of which bordering edges run substantially parallel to each other and their Width at least equal to the thickness of the sole.

On the Sohienoberseite a plastically designed Fußbettauflage is arranged, which with the material of the cutouts filling inserts einstükkig can be connected. The cutouts are mainly on the Fußaußenkante, so that the sole of the forefoot over an approximately centrally located bridge connected to the outsole of the hindfoot area is.

From DE-U 87 14 923 is the use of anatomically shaped soles Of course, after the imprint of a healthy foot, anatomically Shaped and suitable for all shoes. The drawing shows that the sole in the area of the transition between heel and forefoot not shaped according to the plan of the foot, but according to its contact surface. Therefore, in this area is a width reduction available. The problem of rotational mobility is not described.

From DE-C-43 16 237 is also known, a stiffening element provide a pulp, which is designed as a support plate and also traces the footrest surface in the area of the foot outer edges.

Despite the measures proposed here, there is still room for improvement to promote unhindered physiological development of the foot in all movements.

Die DE 1 886 439 A offenbart einen Schub mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes von Anspruch 1.DE 1 886 439 A discloses a thrust with the features the preamble of claim 1.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

According to the invention, the outsole in the region of the constriction one Connecting web with such flexibility that a torsion of the forefoot is hampered as little as possible against the hindfoot and is in the Area of the forefoot of the outsole a high flexibility in terms of settlement given by an appropriate profiling.

By combining an increased rotational mobility of the sole heel part opposite the sole front part in connection with a zone high Flexibility in the footpad area of the forefoot becomes physiological Unwinding of the foot promoted during all movements. In contrast to State of the art, in which the flexibility of the choice of materials and the Thickness of the sole is determined, the flexibility of the sole is primarily due to the achieved geometric design of the sole.

In this case, the constriction can be designed such that the range of Outsole in the forefoot over a bridge with the area of the outsole in the Hindfoot is connected. This is a molding of the sole in one piece possible.

The shoe is particularly suitable as a toddler shoe, since he is the first Steps of the toddler while enabling natural toe play, whereby the development of the foot is possible in a natural way.

Advantageously, the profiling is in the form of parallel or radial Run grooves which are at least partially across the width of the Shoe extend. Particularly advantageous is the extension over the entire Width of the shoe, the profiling also made of several materials different elasticity can exist. This makes it possible, while maintaining the required minimum thickness for the production of the sole and the Achieving sufficient stability of the sole overall flexibility increase.

Advantageously, the constriction of the outsole on the inside of the Shoe arranged because the movement of the foot when unwinding in this Area is particularly large.

The constriction is drawn into the area of the hindfoot so that in the case of a paragraph this is even partially cut. This will achieved a higher flexibility.

Despite the foot to give the elastic sole a sufficient grip is next to one anatomically shaped footbed a rear cap or a flexible heel clamp intended for heel guidance, which carried out so is that the Achilles tendon is free.

To promote the foot position, it is advantageous if the outsole in the hindfoot area has a paragraph. This paragraph extends under the heel bone of the child's foot towards the forefoot and may be in the area of the inner foot be shortened by the constriction.

Ausführung der ErfindungEmbodiment of the invention

In Fig. 1, the underside of an outsole 1 is shown. The outsole 1 divided into a forefoot area 2 and a hindfoot area 3, which over a connection region 4 are connected to each other. The connection area 4 is formed by a constriction 5 on the inside 6 of the foot 7, whose contour is shown in dashed lines. Also along this dashed Contour runs down under the foot drawn, not shown Shank, so that in the region of the constriction 5 of the shaft from below without Covering by the sole 1 is.

In the rearfoot region 3, a shoulder 8 is arranged, which is in the region of the constriction 5 is partially cut. Paragraph 8 thus provides protection against slipping when climbing or climbing stairs. In the forefoot area 2, a profiling 9 is provided, which is based on the presumed Position 10 of the football on the inside 6 of the foot up to the Foot outside extends.

The connection region 4 is due to the constriction 5 with respect to the Projection of the foot executed in reduced width and in the illustrated Embodiment constricted only on the inside of the foot 6. It is but advantageous, even on the foot outside a corresponding constriction provided. In this way creates a connecting bridge between the forefoot area and the hindfoot area.

To the foot despite the very flexible outsole sufficient grip in the shoe too ensure is shown in Fig. 2, arranged in a shaft 22 Rear cap 21 is provided, which in the Achilles tendon down is pulled so that the Achilles tendon is exposed, but which is in the area of is pulled up the front heel bone and beyond the paragraph 8 out the foot outer edge extends. Alternatively, an externally arranged Heel clamp can be used to better connect the Shoe with the foot in the heel area.

The children's shoe shown in Fig. 3 has in the area of the toe joint, ie at the transition between the metatarsus and toes, extending over the entire Broad extending profiling 9 in the form of webs 9.1-9.4 and grooves 10.1 - 10.5. Together with the constriction 5 becomes such a shoe higher Achieves flexibility that hinders the torsion of the foot and little else the unwinding of the foot in the forefoot area favors.

In Fig. 4 is an enlargement of the sole of the child's shoe of Fig. 3 in side view shown on the outside of the shoe. To recognize the is Profiling 9 in the form of webs 9.1 - 9.4 and grooves 10.1 - 10.5, at least may be partially filled with a second material. This execution has a lower flexural rigidity and therefore favors the ductility while ensuring a sufficient sole thickness for Protection of the foot.

The webs 9.1 - 9.4 widened to the shoe outer edge, so that over the Width of the shoe, the shoe outer edge seen a lower bending stiffness the sole at the unwinding than the shoe inner edge.

Ausgehend vom Absatz 8 verringert sich die Sohlendicke nicht nur durch die in dieser Darstellung nicht sichtbare Einschnürung, sondern auch durch die Verringerung der Sohlenstärke in dem Bereich 11.Starting from paragraph 8, the sole thickness is reduced not only by the in This representation not constricting constriction, but also by the reduction the sole thickness in the region 11.

Essential for the understanding of the invention is further that the shank of the Shoe is located in the area of the constriction 5 on the bottom of the shoe, so not covered by the sole. In the area of the foot outside it is possible, the constriction as one of only a thin-layered Sohlenrraaterial form covered concavity.
