Abstract
Ein Drosselklappenstutzen 10 mit einem Gehäuse 12, in dem eine durchgehende Drosselöffnung 34 ausgebildet ist, die durch eine auf einer Drosselklappenwelle 16 angeordnete Drosselklappe 36 verschließbar ist, wobei die Drosselklappenwelle 16 mit ihren seitlichen Enden 18, 20 in Lagerausnehmungen 22, 24 des Gehäuses 12 ragt und drehbar gelagert ist, wobei ein Ende 20 der Drosselklappenwelle 16 auf der der Drosselklappe 36 abgewandten Seite 40 der Lagerausnehmung 24 heraus- und eine Bohrung 42 eines Halteelements 44 durchragt, das axial unverschiebbar auf der Drosselklappenwelle 16 angeordnet und axial in dem der Drosselklappe 36 abgewandten Mündungsbereich 74 der Lagerausnehmung 24 an dem Gehäuse abgestützt ist soll eine besonders hohe mechanische Stabilität einer Axialsicherung 14 aufweisen. Hierzu ist das Halteelement an seinem radial äusseren Bereich 92, 94 mit dem Gehäuse 12 fest verbunden und im Bereich seiner Bohrung 42 axial auf jeder Seite 52, 54 an einem annähernd ringscheibenförmigen Sicherungselement 46, 48 in Anlage, wobei die Sicherungselemente 46, 48 fest auf der Drosselklappenwelle 16 angeordnet sind und die Drosselklappenwelle 16 frei drehbar die Bohrung 42 des Halteelements 44 durchragt.
