Abstract
Zum Tiefziehen von ebenen Blechen zu Formteilen mit am Formteilboden angeordneten, lokalen Formkonturen mit kleinen Formradien wird das randseitig eingespannte Blech mittels eines die Kontur des Formteils aufweisenden Formstempels gegen ein fluides Wirkmedium umgeformt. Um die lokalen Formkonturen bei geringen Wirkmediumdruck auszuformen, wird das Blech im Bereich der lokalen Formkonturen gegen im Wirkmedium ortsfest positionierte, elastisch nachgiebige Festkörper-Formelemente umgeformt. Die Formelemente bestehen vorzugsweise aus einem elastisch verformbaren, verschleißfesten Material.
