Claims (6)

  1. Einheit (20) zum automatischen Krimpen von flexiblen Flachkabelbändern (10), von denen jedes Band mindestens einen Zweig (12) aufweist, an dem ein Verbinder (11, 13) durch Krimpen zu befestigen ist, wobei die Einheit dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie aufweist:
    eine Führungsfläche (15), auf der das Flachkabelband (10) läuft,
    mehrere Krimpvorrichtungen (14a, 14b, 14c), die vertikal versetzt senkrecht zur Ebene der Führungsfläche (15) angeordnet sind und dazu dienen, einen Verbinder (11, 13) am Ende eines Kabelbandzweiges (12) durch Krimpen anzubringen, und
    mehrere schwenkbare Rampen (18a, 18b, 18c), die ein erstes und ein zweites Ende haben, von denen das erste Ende im verschwenkten Zustand auf Höhe der Ebene der Führungsfläche liegt und das zweite Ende auf Höhe einer Krimpvorrichtung liegt, wobei die Rampe im umgekehrten Richtungssinn bezüglich einer Verschiebung des Bandes angeordnet ist, jede Rampe gesteuert gegen die Führungsfläche so schwenkbar ist, dass ein vorgegebener Kabelbandzweig (12) der Rampe folgt, auf die er auf seiner Bahn bei seiner Verschiebung auftrifft, und sich zu einer der Krimpvorrichtungen bewegt, um dort einen Verbinder (11, 13) zu erhalten.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede schwenkbare Rampe (18a, 18b, 18c) einer vorgegebenen Krimpvorrichtung (14a, 14b, 14c) zugeordnet ist, zu der sie einen zu krimpenden Kabelbandzweig (12) lenkt.
  3. Einheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfläche (15) das Band in zwei entgegengesetzte Verschieberichtungen fördert.
  4. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Flachkabelband (10) auf der Förderbahn durch Rollen (17) mit zwei Drehrichtungen gefördert wird.
  5. Einheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (17) zum Fördern des Bandes in vertikaler Richtung so verstellbar sind, dass sie die durch Krimpen am Band befestigten Verbinder (11, 13) nicht stören.
  6. Krimpverfahren zum Betreiben der Krimpeinheit (20) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus folgenden Schritten besteht:
    Fördern eines Flachkabelbandes (10) längs einer Führungsfläche (15),
    gesteuertes Verschwenken mindestens einer schwenkbaren Rampe (18) in der Weise, dass mindestens ein Kabelbandzweig (12) der verschwenkten Rampe folgt und zu einer entsprechenden Krimpvorrichtung gelenkt wird, und
    Krimpen eines Verbinders (11, 13) an dem Kabelbandzweig, wenn das Vorhandensein desselben in einer Krimpvorrichtung (14) detektiert wird.
