Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbundpulvern auf Basis Silber-Zinnoxid durch chemischreduktive Fällung des Silbers auf partikelförmiges Zinnoxid, bei dem zur Fällung des Silbers zu einer wäßrigen Suspension des Zinnoxids bei intensiver Durchmischung gleichzeitig aber unter getrennter Zuführung je eine Lösung einer Silberverbindung und eine Lösung eines Reduktionsmittels in stöchiometrisch äquivalenter Menge kontinuierlich über den Reaktionsverlauf hinweg zugegeben werden.
Die erhaltenen Verbundpulver, die zu Kontaktwerkstoffen verarbeitet werden können, weisen eine sehr hohe Homogenität auf. Das Verfahren eignet sich besonders zur Herstellung von Verbundpulvern und Kontaktwerkstoffen auf Basis von mit Indiumoxid dotiertem Silber-Zinnoxid.
