Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Farbbildröhre mit einer verbesserten Ablenkeinheit für geringere Abbildungsfelder. An der Farbbildröhre ist eine Ablenkeinheit mit einem vertikalen Ablenkspulenpaar und einem horizontalen Ablenkspulenpaar montiert. Das vertikale Ablenkspulenpaar erzeugt ein vertikales Ablenkfeld und das horizontale Ablenkspulenpaar erzeugt ein horizontales Ablenkfeld. Das vertikale Ablenkspulenpaar ist mehrteilig ausgebildet, wobei ein Teil näher am Elektronenstrahlerzeugungssystem angeordnet ist. Die wenigstens zwei Teile des vertikalen Ablenkspulenpaares sind so gestaltet, dass der Ablenkschwerpunkt des vertikalen Ablenkfeldes relativ zu dem des horizontalen Ablenkfeldes in Richtung des Elektronenstrahlerzeugungssystems verschoben ist. Dadurch können vertikale Abbildungsverzeichnungen im mittleren Bereich des Leuchtschirms minimiert werden. Zusätzliche an der Farbbildröhre vorgesehen Mittel schwächen den Ablenkstrom für das vertikale Ablenkspulenpaar am oberen und unteren Bildrand ab.

The invention relates to a color picture tube with an improved deflection unit for smaller imaging fields. A deflection unit with a pair of vertical deflection coils and a pair of horizontal deflection coils is mounted on the color picture tube. The vertical deflection coil pair creates a vertical deflection field and the horizontal deflection coil pair creates a horizontal deflection field. The vertical deflection coil pair is made up of several parts, one part being arranged closer to the electron gun. The at least two parts of the vertical deflection coil pair are designed such that the center of deflection of the vertical deflection field is shifted relative to that of the horizontal deflection field in the direction of the electron gun. This minimizes vertical distortions in the image in the central area of the fluorescent screen. Additional means provided on the color picture tube weaken the deflection current for the vertical deflection coil pair at the upper and lower edge of the picture.
