Claims (7)

  1. Pyrotechnischer Zünder (1) mit wenigstens einer pyrotechnischen Zusammensetzung, die im Inneren eines Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist, das aus einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Hülle (4) besteht, die durch wenigstens zwei Kontakte (7a, 7b) verlängert ist, wobei das Gehäuse (2) im Inneren einer Hülle, die durch den Zusammenschluss eines Fußes (16) und einer Halbschale (17) gebildet wird, angeordnet ist, die Hülle weist ein äußeres Profil auf und ermöglicht deren Befestigung auf einem Gaserzeuger oder einem Pyromechanismus, der gesagte Fuß (16) umfasst eine Vertiefung (40) in deren Inneren sich die Kontakte erstrecken, indem die Vertiefung geeigneten Abmessungen besitzt und dafür vorgesehen ist, ein elektrisches oder elektronisches Bauteil und/oder einen Stecker aufzunehmen, wobei der Zünder dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der gesagte Fuß (16) Löcher (20) trägt, um jeder einen der Kontakte (7a, 7b) aufnehmen.
  2. Pyrotechnischer Zünder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (40) ein Shunt-Bauteil (48) trägt, das bei der Abwesenheit eines Steckers einen Kurzschluss zwischen den Kontakten (7a, 7b) gewährleistet.
  3. Pyrotechnischer Zünder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß (16) Mittel umfasst, die ein axiales Festlegen des Shunt-Bauteiles und/oder des Steckers in der Vertiefung gewährleisten.
  4. Pyrotechnischer Zünder nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (40) zylindrisch ist und wenigstens eine Kerbe (46a, 46b) aufweist, die dafür vorgesehen ist, einen Vorsprung (50a, 50b) aufzunehmen, der fest mit dem Shunt-Bauteil (48) verbunden ist und dessen Positionierung in Umfangsrichtung ermöglicht.
  5. Pyrotechnischer Zünder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Shunt-Bauteil (48) aus einem elastischen, leitfähigen Blättchen gebildet ist, das mit dem Fuß fest verbunden ist, wobei das Blättchen einen Kurzschluss zwischen den Kontakten (7a, 7b) gewährleistet, wenn ein Stecker nicht vorhanden ist.
  6. Pyrotechnischer Zünder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fuß über das leitfähige Blättchen abgegossen ist.
  7. Pyrotechnischer Zünder nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschale (17) und der Fuß (16) durch Ultraschall-Schweißung fest miteinander verbunden werden.
