The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1.
Devices for the overhead treatment of bottles are in a wide variety Executions known. Also known in the manner of a rinser trained devices (DE 196 13 267 A1), in which the bottle gripper as well the spray nozzles for the treatment of the bottles with the liquid and / or gaseous and / or vaporous treatment medium together on the order vertical machine axis rotating rotor are provided.
Devices for the overhead treatment of bottles are also known (EP 180 706 A2), in which the bottle grippers are provided on a transport chain with which the bottles are upside down, i.e. H. with their bottle axis in vertical Direction, but with the bottle bottom up and the bottle mouth down oriented below on a transport route formed by the transport chain become. The transport chain is u. a. over two around a vertical axis rotating deflection wheels, which are synchronous and in the same direction with the transport chain be moved. The spray nozzles are provided on these deflection wheels in such a way that this on a path corresponding to the movement path of the bottles there circulate and at the area of the deflection wheels enclosed by the transport chain one spray nozzle each with its vertical nozzle axis coaxial or approximately arranged or coaxial with the vertical axis of an overhead layer turned bottle and extends into this bottle.
H. with its axis in the vertical direction and with the bottom down fed oriented, then after the detection by the moving or swiveling bottle gripper with this turned into the overhead position and be positioned on a spray nozzle. After the overhead treatment Reverse the bottles in their upright position in which the bottles are drained become. The CIP cleaning of the known devices is problematic Nozzles, channels for the treatment medium, etc.
The object of the invention is to show a device which is trouble-free CIP cleaning, especially when the device rotates. For This object is achieved by a device according to claim 1 educated.
The inventive design, it is possible to the spray nozzles and the this CIP fastener intended for CIP cleaning by moving the nozzles in the cleaning position in an area where in particular, these CIP connecting elements are not when the device rotates with the bottle grippers and / or with other functional elements of the device collide.

In the figures, 1 is that around a vertical machine axis VA in the direction of the arrow

In
Each
In the embodiment shown, each
Maschinenachse VA verteilt vorgesehen. Each spray nozzle 9 is part of a
Each
radial weiter innen liegenden Verteilerschlitz 23 zusammenwirken.
mehreren unterschiedlichen Behandlungsmedien, so sind in Drehrichtung A
zugehörigen Anschlüssen 24 und 25.The
During normal operation (overhead treatment of bottles 2) they are
Anschlag 26 liegt gegen die radial innen liegende Seite des Führungsklotzes 13 an.FIG. 2 shows the
The spray nozzle 9 or its nozzle openings 10 move when rotating

sämtlicher Flüssigkeit oder Behandlungsmedium führender Leitungen, Kanäle usw..FIG. 3 shows the
Are several pairs of distribution slots in the direction of rotation A of the rotor 1 in
The
Due to the alternating assignment of the
On the radially outer side, each
In each
The invention is described above using an exemplary embodiment. It
