Description
Verunreinigungen entfernt. The invention relates to a method for controlling a treatment system
for textile fibers, especially cotton fibers, according to
the preamble of
Numerous methods are already known with the help of which Foreign matter recognized and excreted from a stream of fiber material can be. The control of the entire work process and in particular due to the spinnability of the fiber material So far no attention has been paid to different fiber properties donated. The fiber properties are usually determined only by spot checks, which is often too bad Fiber blends and insufficient information about the properties of the processed card slivers. It is for example by US-A-5,892,142 at the stage of fiber production already known in the so-called ginning process, through an automated process a regular fiber flow Intervals to take random samples and this on different Parameters such as moisture, color or fiber fineness to eat. The measurement results are fed to a central computer and can be used in this way. This method is mechanically very complex and does not allow any rapid interventions in the fiber material flow, for example, within a period of a few seconds or even milliseconds.
It is therefore an object of the invention, a method of the beginning
to create an optimization of the work process
in the blowroom / carding shop or in the ginning facility
due to certain material properties.
According to the invention, this object is achieved with a method
having the features in
Zusammenhänge bezüglich Oberflächen-Eigenschaften von Fasern, insbesondere Abhängigkeiten von Feuchtigkeit und chemischer Zusammensetzung sind in "Duckett, K.E., Surface Properties of Cotton Fibers", in "Fiber Science Series, Surface Characteristics of Fibers and Textiles, Part I, M.J. Schick, Ed., Marcel Dekker, N.Y. 1975" beschrieben. Angaben zur Erkennung der Wachsbeschichtung sind u.a. beschrieben in "Measuring Natural Waxes on Cotton using NIR Absorbance, R.A. Taylor and L.C. Godbey, USDA, ARS, Cotton Quality Res. Station, Clemson, S.C.". A plurality of properties are preferably provided on the sensor system of the material determined. It can be flake properties (Size, density, distribution, color, shape, moisture, Temperature) or fiber properties (surface coating with natural wax or artificial substances, fiber fineness, Fiber maturity, fiber length, stack distribution) or possibly other Act properties. The maturity of the cotton can be seen the wavelength range 1500 to 1550 nm and the humidity derive from the wavelength range around 1900 nm. Connections regarding surface properties of fibers, especially dependencies of moisture and chemical composition are in "Duckett, K.E., Surface Properties of Cotton Fibers", in "Fiber Science Series, Surface Characteristics of Fibers and Textiles, Part I, M.J. Schick, Ed., Marcel Dekker, N.Y. 1975 " described. Information on the detection of the wax coating are i.a. described in "Measuring Natural Waxes on Cotton using NIR Absorbance, R.A. Taylor and L.C. Godbey, USDA, ARS, Cotton Quality Res. Station, Clemson, S.C. ". But it may also be the presence of foreign substances are determined, taking the category Foreign substances Foreign fibers of natural origin, plastic material, vegetable foreign material, metals, mineral Foreign material, nits, animal secretions, especially honeydew, Remnants of textiles and other fall.
Since the sensor system is passing the physical measurement variables Fiber flow must be determined are particularly suitable non-contact sensors, the electromagnetic waves and / or send or receive ultrasonic waves. In particular In individual cases, however, tactile sensors would also be conceivable, for example in the form of sensors that flow into the fiber protrude and z. B. the flow resistance, the electrical Conductivity the momentum of the flakes or particles etc. measure up. For sensors based on electromagnetic waves the near infrared range is particularly suitable good to be a big one in the reflected or transmitted spectrum Recognize a range of substances or properties. With at least two characteristic frequencies, a "fingerprint" define from which different material properties derive.
Fiber dimensions, in particular the fineness of fibers, can be particularly great determine advantageously with laser sensors. To this end a diffraction pattern and / or control pattern is formed.
Of course, other electromagnetic waves are also conceivable such as Ultraviolet, visible light or too X-rays.
The measured variables can be related to at least two sensors on the direction of transport, different points of the treatment plant be determined. For example, an electromagnetic Sensor for metal parts and an optical sensor for moisture or wax coating conceivable. But it is also possible that a sensor on several frequencies or measuring principles works and that way two or more measurement signals can be determined at the same point in the fiber material flow.
It can also be particularly advantageous if the measured variables in different periods of time averaged or evaluated become. Depending on the material property concerned namely the determined actual values different reaction times. For example, a detected contamination must be within of milliseconds after detection by a pressure surge or excreted through a deflection flap. A The bale cutter can be influenced in a matter of seconds, during the duration of the control intervention with changing Moisture content e.g. Can be 5 to 10 minutes or Average value from measurements in larger time segments becomes.
In a blow room / carding shop, treatment stations are preferred connected to a pneumatic transport system. there it may be necessary to feed the air before Remove treatment station and after treatment station feed again. But also other conveyor systems such as Conveyor belts or screw conveyors would be conceivable.
Considerable process optimization can already be achieved if the fibers are presented as bales and by means of a bale removal machine be removed, go through a separator, are fed to at least one mixer and then at least one processed into a tape on a card, whereby via the evaluation device when detecting foreign substances Separator is activated and when recognizing other material properties the mixer for changing the mixing ratio is controlled. That way, not just how So far it has been reliably eliminated foreign substances, but it also finds a continuous influence on the mixing ratio instead, so that the fiber mixture is as homogeneous as possible are generated to always optimal spinnability to strive for the fibers. In addition, when recognizing deviating Material properties the card or another treatment station can be controlled to change the machine parameters. Finally, it is also conceivable to recognize foreign substances and / or the bale removal machine from deviating material properties to change the removal movement. So for example, a specific bale can be identified, which has an above-average proportion of polluted or otherwise provides different fibers. The removal movement can be controlled so that each one on this bale the depth of cut and / or speed is changed until one manual separation is possible.
In principle, however, completely different processing stations, such as. Flake dissolving machines, fine cleaners, coarse cleaners and the like can be controlled. The inventive The method also allows data logging of the Processes and a classification of the intermediate products and thus an optimization of quality control.
Under the influence of the transport system in particular skipping a treatment facility in a bypass line to understand. Alternatively, the flow of fibers could be at one Delivery switch different depending on fiber properties Treatment stations are fed.

welche durch die Merkmale im Anspruch 16 gekennzeichnet
ist.The invention also relates to a device for controlling a

The flakes are opened at 18 in order to be as suitable as possible

An
auszuwechseln.The
It should also be mentioned that during the removal process the
Bales are identified by
Materialeigenschaften a, b, c, d oder e korreliert. Dabei
The illustration according to FIG. 3 is intended to clarify
that
On the matrix M2, the measurement variables A, B and G become the fiber properties c, e, f and g, e.g. the stickiness, derived, but for medium-term tax interventions in the seconds range to be used. For example, the bale removal machine skip a certain bale if there is one certain fiber quality and / or severe contamination is determined, or the removal of this component in the sense limit controlled admixture.
On the matrix M3, the measured variables D, E and F are converted to the Fiber properties a, b, c, d and g e.g. Moisture closed. Rather, it takes longer to intervene in the minute range triggered, e.g. the machine parameters of a cleaner or a card or to change the indoor climate.
Overall, the sensor system can be expanded as required optimize the processing process. Of course a processing plant is not absolutely necessary to trade for cotton fibers. Processing processes for animal fibers or, in certain cases, synthetic fibers can be controlled in the same way.
ermittelt.Figure 4 shows schematically a
In
zu einer Ballenpresse 38.The raw cotton is harvested from
For influencing machine or conveyor parameters
