daß die röhrenartige Vorrichtung (26) an dem in Richtung des Gehäuses (12) weisenden Ende (34) im Bereich des nicht von der Querschnittsfläche des Schallübertragungsmittels (28) überlagerten Schallraums (30) ein flach ausgebildetes Stützelement (32) aufweist.
